Value for money

The breakfast menu items was not having any tag and it was hard to find the right eatables. Even three kettles were there for milk and tea separately but due to no tag, I had to open the kettle to see what was inside it.

Good Anbient place to stay in front desk Mr. PANKAJ &St Dining Ms Swetha provided very good service, Apart from them All staffs were very friendly & helpful. Good place to stay

Everything was perfect. The stay, food, locality and the staff.

Confused staff. Some Booking.com practices need improvement.

Good breakfast. Location is accessible to public transport. View from the hotel is good. Reception staff is good.

None as such. It is worth for the value. There noise from the adjacent rooms, people keeping songs at loud sound. Hotel is bit away from the central.

Good location near the highway

Near a party plot and windows are not sound proof so difficult to sleep. Also the staff took extra long time for every service. Checkin to any service etc

Food

I experienced that the hotel staff was quite threatening me by their messages via WhatsApp about the payment which I paid by cash. One of staff sent me a file of checkbook and made me to pay to the hotel even I asked them to check with the hotel accounting.

The staff was not cooperative

I had booked the package with half board meal plan but the hotel still charged for the dinner and did not cooperate on the booking confirmation

Breakfast was Ok but not comparable with standards of other hotels of Lemontree brand.

Room allocation poor. Smoking room was allocated to us and they changed it twice.
