Value for money. My room was 33m2 suite so very spacious. Helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Good food quality. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very good spreads and fresh. Housekeeping does a good job also. Location is also central in Alkapuri (Dinesh Mill area - Akota) I would definitely stay again and always recommend to others.

Only just one out of 14-15 staff I found to be grumpy. Someone should make her smile, else she should not be in hospitality or be a face of the hotel. All other staff are very pleasant & really courteous. Being the last room in my floor, near service stairs & lift, there was some disturbance from maintenance work, but nothing to be concerned of. Every property needs maintenance. WiFi at the corner room was weak, but IT person came and connected a CAT6 cable so it was sorted.

Location is good; food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was very helpful in catering to some specialized need.

The bathroom was not well maintained. Main issue was that the glass partitions were not clean and the roller on the glass partition between the main room and bathroom had developed black fungus spots and looked very unhygienic (see photo). Also, no spare toilet paper roll even when the one in use was almost finished.

In a city, even the most luxurious top tier hotels will have a view of concrete jungle, so why spend more when this accommodation can provide same or even better services at a tempting price. A very delightful stay. The reception staff was very polite and helpful (one of the best specially M/s Sunita), rooms were clean and comfortable. Very prompt room service and house keeping. Location is also mid city, perfect for commute.

There's nothing that comes to mind when thinking about dislike. They could proivide bathroom slippers right when they are getting the room ready, turn on the AC (if they can) and have a fresh spray of room freshner right before checkin to have a strong impact on guests. But honestly no negative reviews.

Had a pleasant experience overall. Rooms are sufficiently modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Indian and continental options. The location is convenient—close to the railway station

For some reason a handicap room was assigned to me. The seat in shower area had never been cleaned and was moldy . However, housekeeping did come and clean it when reported. The electric kettle did not shut off and became too hot to handle.

I surely would like to have a smoking room it a rooftop where I could smoke in peace, I am not habitual so I need open spaces for this.

The breakfast spread could be better. Quite tired of the same unimaginative breakfast spread in every hotel. Little thinking can change the whole experience without adding cost

Clean room, clean toilet, nicely decorated rooms with all up to date amenities. Polite and helpful staff, prompt room service. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options, both veg and non-veg. Safe and secure.

The non-veg options for dinner was limited. The TV was not functioning properly

Cleanliness

Behaviour of restaurant staff. Except one person all others are discourteous. Some staff in grey suits looked like pack of jokers doing nothing and roaming around. None of the staff focused on guests. There is Zero service culture. The waiters except one person looked and acted like people coming from the fields who before this were cutting grass. Pathetic

The rooms are very spacious and clean. A blend of coziness with a hint of luxury. Location is good which is convenient. Provide bathrobe in club rooms and slippers in every room it'll be fantastic.

Parking space is improper. 2 storey basement but not usable for more than 4 cars or so.
