The location is exceptional, and the property itself was both charming and impeccably maintained. Swimming pools just amazing. The staff here is very courteous and polite. I can gladly say this is the best property in Varkala for staycation

Booked through booking.com Pocket road from main road is very small and be cautious with large vehicles Some maintenance going on the site. First room provided was full of dust, but soon they changed to another room. Second room was ok. It’s placed near to the cliff where you can have many eating options based on your pocket. Pool is not deep and fun pool and not an actual pool. They don’t have many car parking options but 3 or 4 vehicles can be parked well. Edit part - Pool is cleaned on daily basis and well maintained On site rates are higher compared to booking.com

My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with the rooms overlooking to the pool The interiors were tastefully designed, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.

The swimming pool was clean, while there was no other facilities for the kids to spend time. Although we requested for a large twin bed for two adults + one 7yrs old kid, the bed was just a standard size double bed. The breakfast was reasonable. In contrast, the dinner (we ordered butter/ garlic nan & chicken 65) was terrible. The nan (Rs. 40/- piece) was far from real nan. Chicken 65 portion was good but it was burned. There were several cockroaches in the toilet. There were house flies around the reception area.
