I would definitely recommend Garden Bay for its perfect location - good access to all cafes, shops, all Varkala beaches, and ideal cleanliness - bedding is white and nice bathroom is perfectly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. And a really nice surprise was a barbecue zone with tables, chairs and everything. I am a yoga teacher and would be willing to bring a yoga group to this place. It’s comfortable, peaceful and have all the conveniences. 10 out of 10

Very clean spacious room and bathroom. Comfy mattress/ bed with good quality bed linen and towels. Lovely balcony with partial sea view in between the trees and other buildings. There is a small kitchen you can use. Great access( a few minutes walk ) to the cliff path where you will find plenty of restaurants, shops etc and easy walk to both beaches in both directions. The manager was a lovely guy there was a slight confusion as to what room I had actually booked via booking. Com but it was soon rectified.

Bottled water only. The room was bland, no pictures on the wall, not enough furniture to store clothes. A small table and chair would be useful and nicer rattan chairs on the balcony would make it feel more up market.

Spacious room and toilet with patio and chairs. Common kitchen, utensils and fridge was available for basic cooking which was very convenient since we had babies in our family. The staff was always ready to help and well behaved. There was a direct walkway to the cliff road and all shops were right in front. Great vibe and music around the place at night.

We expected sea view from the property but only top floor rooms had the view. TV and tissue rolls are good to have. It's really hot to use the patio during the day, a fan would really help.

I loved the sunset and sea view from my room and had a great time. The room was clean and well kept. This resort is located at Central Cliff with direct access to the the Cliff Pathway and there are some lovely restaurants right in front of the resort. Special thanks to the manger, Pramod ,who is very courteous and helpful. I will certainly visit this place again.

The property is located in prime location of the cliff, the staffs were friendly and they prepared good for my toddler whenever requested based on the needs. The owner even arranged an early check in and extended check out that was a beautiful gesture from him, overall it’s a perfect stay for family and couples.

Clean place, extremely good location (access to cliff). Owners are good to talk to, and voluntarily have us free room upgrades when they saw we were traveling with family.

No facilities other than a basic clean place to stay, though they are planning to build more. The chalet/hut rooms are very small.
