For two persons stay only one Towel & one Soap are kept; In spite of asking for one more, no response

Breakfast has a decent spread, served nicely on a large platter. Service is good. I found the quality of the food also good! The Hotel is new, so the rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Shower in #304 needs to be replaced. Water falls all over. They must promptly serve a bottle of water to the guest everyday. That's the minimum service you can offer.. water!

1. The Staff Mr. Murugananda Reddy was so courteous and friendly to us, and the other staff members also. 2. The Room was very clean and neat. 3. The Bed was excellent, it is almost a kind of orthopedic bed. 4. The location is also good. 5. Room service was available. 6. Vehicle Parking place is available. 7. The Hotel has a very good Coffee Shop

The breakfast was good, tasty and sufficient. The Stay was comfortable but more attention is required by House Keeping Supervisor to ensure that everything is in place before the Guest Check in.

Definitely the House Keeping and availability of Hot Water in the mornings, especially for Senior Citizen Guests.

Clean rooms, well ventilated corridors with some nostalgic portraits of great persona. Liked the channel music in corridors. And the soothing,decorative elements. Staff very courteous.need to keep it up thro the times.. very nice location just off the busy areas and free from parking hassles.

They need to quickly set right the plumbing for shower mixers. Giving out only hot or only cold water.. before they open the hotel formally n fully . Wifi facility needs to be proactively offered to guests before they ask n also posted in the rooms.

Cleaness, running hot water

cleaning stuffs were speaking with loudly voice on the hallway . and They've lost my small towel I had bought it.Never apologized it. Hope that improving their hospitality. and acceptable for international card.

The location for the business travel

There was no prior confirmation call regarding the reservation, and the front office team took a bit longer than expected to issue the room.

It’s a new hotel so all the fittings are lovely. The room was large and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were all polite and friendly, especially the food and beverages manager. We stayed in our room more than normal because it was so comfortable!

Our room didn’t have a view so ask for one when you book.

The breakfast was fine. The location was great. The staff were courteous. The room and the hotel premises were very clean.

The room size could have been larger for the price that is charged.
