So many things. I loved my Room. It was super clean, bed was huge & so comfortable, the view from the bed was so beautiful. I loved the Balcony. The bathroom was great also. I loved the position of the Hotel. Away from the town a little so nice & quiet. The staff were fantastic organizing transportation. Indah at reception was so kind & considerate. Always doing her best in ever way possible. If transportation wasn't available at the Hotel I was about to use a Gojek car with ease. I loved being away from the hustle & bustle of the town. The Restaurant & Breakfast was good. Not a lot of Vegan choices but the staff did their best to support me. I appreciated that greatly. I loved being able to sit beside the water for all of my Meals. And watching the Sun go down was beautiful. The pool looked amazing. I didn't indulge but would have without hesitation. It's normal for me not to use the Pool. The Gardens are beautiful, it's quite a large Hotel complex so much space on offer. Even though it's more of a Boutique Hotel it's not small by any means. I also loved the honesty & accuracy of the description of the Hotel. It makes choosing here much easier for me. As a Woman Solo traveler I felt extremely safe, content & peaceful here. I felt very supported. The staff were always very kind. I would definitely return here to this Hotel & would bring friends or family or recommend it. I really had the most lovely stay here & am looking forward to staying here again soon. ♡♡♡

Very little actually. The carpet in my room is worn & needs replacing but it didn't effect my stay at all. The hot water in the Shower wasn't consistent unfortunately. Normally a deal breaker for me but I loved staying here so much, I let that go. Internet was slow in the rooms but worked perfectly on the Balcony. Which is where I spent most of my time so I was ok with that. There was very little not to like. It was a fabulous stay.

The Nugraha Hotel and Spa is stunning. The position is brilliant. I could swim straight off the steps of the hotel (when the tide was in). The staff couldn't do enough to help they were all smiling and always happy to help and always smart. The food was lovely. Lots for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were supplied. Towels for the pool were supplied when we needed them. The view from my room was totally amazing. I could just sit on the balcony and watch the sunset or even just sit on my bed :) The air con was very good. I did a trip to see the dolphins, Rapi was very good, and then I went snorkling with him as a part of the trip. Stunning fish. I even saw a turtle at the front of the hotel when I was snorkeling:). The staff came over to our table and sang me happy Birthday on my birthday and gave me a cake 🎂 so sweet. I can't express how good this hotel is. On Indonesia independents day, the staff and local students played games and invited us to take part. It was so nice being involved and great fun. I'm going back for two weeks! Already booked. It's perfect. Thank you all. I can't wait to see you all again. Xxx

Super cool venue. Very Bali in style. On the water. Friendly staff. Beautiful. Huge pool but we didn't use because of chlorine but very lovely looking. Tons of cool spots. Also very quiet. Perfect value for money. Didn't want to leave and was surprised were not more people.

Carpet should be removed from rooms but wasn't actually too bad. Didn't feel dirty to us. Some lighting shines into the rooms and some interior lighting is super ugly and cold temperature. Better light bulbs and the place will shine.

Unfortunately, we only spent one night at this hotel, but it left a huge impression on us. The lobby, the garden, and the pool were all absolutely beautiful. Even though our stay was short, it truly felt magical. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more special. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend checking out the restaurant right across the street from the hotel — it’s definitely worth a visit. We had a room with an ocean view, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. It was one of the most beautiful balcony views we had during our whole trip to Bali.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom in our room. Above the toilet there was a large opening — a skylight — through which you could see the entire attic and roof structure of the hotel, along with cobwebs and dust. I think it was supposed to be covered with glass, but for some reason it wasn’t.

The rooms are super-comfortable, staff are amazing, spa is very well priced, the whole hotel has a very laid back atmosphere and it's just a few minutes drive from Lovina. Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel needs refresh - maybe it was their first experience in Indonesia, but all hotels here (including luxury ones) need some renovation here and there; and, in any case, this is part of the Bali charm - helped by the Buddhist temple (several hundreds years old) in the hotel grounds.

The beach in front of the hotel is not great, especially in the afternoon with low tide. It can be fixed by staying around the pool, or by getting a taxi to some other beach.

The hotel facilities are so old that the toilet door cannot be closed and the safe cannot be used.

very limited breakfast (rice, noodles, bony chicken, watermelon and some pastries). No eggs at all, no yoghurt, granola, no fruit choice. Maybe that could be improved.

Lovely quiet resort a little away from main part of Lovina Beach. Staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help. Shuttle bus provided when we needed it to go to restaurants etc. and Arik even took us up to the nearby Buddhist Temple, Brahma Vihara Arama. Great view from our room and lovely sunsets.

Resort is right on the beach but it is not a great beach for swimming.

The hotel's location is excellent. We came to Lovina specifically to see dolphins, and the front desk helped arrange a boat trip for us. We could board the boat directly from the back of the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel is quite good, with a beautiful garden and relatively clean rooms. It's very cost-effective.

The beach near the hotel is very dirty, making it impossible to enjoy any activities there.

Lovely resort with Balinese style building characteristics, good location, can swim on the beach in the morning, very safe for children, no wave. Room big enough for family, small bathroom, wifi not good, beautiful swimming pool and for children separate pool. Beautiful view of the sea and garden. The staff absolutely great, kind and friendly. All great about the resort except for wifi.
