this was our second stay at the hotel the last in 2018. it now has more rooms and updated appearance. we stayed as a result of cancelling our stay at the ju blu in Lovina due to poor conditions in room selected. the padmasari is well kept with a great waterfront location , excellent pool and is kept very clean. there is a on site free van shuttle to town which is not walkable. we upgraded our room by paying almost double which beside being on the ground floor and at the waters edge was not worth the price, same small room size, and uncomfortable furniture. the king bed is comfortable, great shower, air con is good, housekeeping very good, and with so few people in the hotel, it was quiet,.

the breakfast is very repetitious and was our last visit as well, Balinese coffe is dreadful, and the hawkers annoying from the beach landing at the waters edge. we were disappointed in paying for such a pointless room upgrade, with so few people money must be tight, an upgrade without cost should have been automatic. rooms are small, no storage for clothes, furniture hard and more decorative than practical

Hotel Location, Facilities, staff is friendly and super helpful

Local people in the back of hotel keep terorizing me to use his service of watching Dolphin. He chased me more than 5 times even he entered inside the hotel and chased me around restaurant near by hotel. The worse part is he swore at me with Local Bali language because I didnt use his service while he rode motor bike on the road and almost hit me while we are walking. Please do something to this guy, otherwise other guest would feel discomfortable to enjoy the hotel.

Staff were fantastic. Always happy and eager to please. Location is amazing - slice of heaven. Such a perfect view. Food was great - especially loved the pancakes and chicken spring rolls. The sellers on the beach weren't pushy and we enjoyed chatting with them too. The bedroom was huge! The junior suite with private pool I'd highly recommend. You can easily get a boat out at this location. Free transport was very welcome. Loved the animal statues and art - such a beautifully presented place! Wish we'd stayed longer! Surprised that not many people were there on our visit (April 2025)

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave and go back home!

The view looking over the virtual pool onto the sea is exceptional. The staff clearly love working at this hotel and the management are doing a great job. The hotel is kept immaculate and the pool and water is such a beautiful blue. The food is also of a high standard and the chef should be applauded although the menu could be made a little bigger. Breakdast was delicious with the freshest tastiest eggs i've ever tasted. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Free shuttle service to nearby restaurants. This hotel is great to sometimes stay from day to night without leaving, taking away all the stresses of life.

Only very small criticism would be that the coffee was not very hot at breakfast due to the hot plates not keeping the coffee hot enough.

The executive suite was very nice an clean. The private pool (shared with one other suite) was beautiful. Compliments to the staff which was vwey friendly. We stayed and ate there for three days amd the food was very good and offered at more than reasonable prices. The view and especially the sunset are amazing.

Price range in the higher category (worth it in our european view), sunbeds in front of the private pool are not included in the area reserved for the executive suites. Maybe the pool service could be a tiny bit more attentive.

We loved our stay here, the staff were lovely! Great views from the sea-view room, the sunset was incredible most evenings. Breakfast was also very nice and wifi was good enough to have zoom calls without any issues! Pool was perfect and it was great to have the fresh pool towels.

A lot of the other guests were quite rude to the staff, which was sad to see, but of course not the hotel's fault. We just overcompensated then :) There are people on the beach in front of the hotel trying to sell you souvenirs but once you show no interest they don't bother you any more.

Loved this resort and the huge pool with beach front location! It's much bigger on the inside than you expect from the main entrance and road. The room was spacious, clean and had all the basic amenities with a very good air conditioner! The resort has mountain views and green fields on one side and the ocean on the other so its very pretty! The daily breakfast is nice and has variety. The free shuttle car service is a pleasant bonus!

The resort is located on the main road and there is quite a lot of heavy vehicle traffic and noise all throughout but depending on your room location you can avoid this. The restaurant has a very basic menu and this can be improved. Would also suggest some more indoor activities like a games room for table tennis, pool or board games to keep guest entertained.

This is our second time at this hotel. They did a renovation since our last visit. It is nice and our favourite part of the hotel is the swimming pool which has amazing sunset. Our room is on the ground floor and it has a small garden with a gazebo facing the sea which is wonderful.

There were many ants in the bathroom sink area and there were ants on the bed too in our of our rooms (we booked 2 rooms). We checked with the hotel staff and they said it was because they did some treatment at the grass area the day before so all the ants are relocating from the groud to other areas of the hotel. They came to look at it quickly and changed one of ours rooms but the new room has ants too on the bed.

- location was perfect at the beach! - its fantastic to have view on sea and wake up with sound - people in front try to sell dolphin trips but remain very friendly. He gave us so great service, friendly with kids, good equipment! - negative thing was the restaurant, although food was ok, waitress was not really friendly and it took one time more than 2 hours to get food. Even breakfast takes for ages…

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. Nice, clean and modern rooms with superb sea view. Pool and adjacent sun chairs are terrific. We appreciate the various artworks around the hotel - cool! Courtesy car that took us to city center and back was a great service!

Since there are no doors to the reception, lounge and restaurant areas respectively, AC is not an option for the hotel. But fans in the ceiling would have made all the difference. Now in Dec/Jan it was extremely hot in those areas. Wifi was working quite bad; intermittent availability The restaurant needs considerable improvements: When we wanted to order we were told that they didn't have any menues avaliable...! The serving of the main dish for five people was extremely slow and was spread out over 15 minutes. The beaches on each side of the hotel were covered with heavy amounts of litter. Would hav been easy to clean up.
