We booked a room with a private pool—the best decision ever. It was amazing to have your own pool when the general pool area can get a bit crowded. The room was fantastic—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a massive living room—more than we needed, but it was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranged for us to be taken to the local shop with their buggy / car. Also, their infinity pool was really nice, the whole resort was right by the sea and watching people surfing whilst having breakfast was quite cool.

The room smelt a bit funky occasionally, and we couldn't figure out what caused it. Opening the terrace and front doors and airing the room helped. Funny enough, it was only the living area; the bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. We couldn't figure out what caused the smell in the living area. We were unlucky, and they were changing the cable provider while we were there, so there was no option to watch 'normal channels'—but all three TVs in the room had a little Google Chromecast device, so you could stream from your own devices.

Where to begin. I stayed here two months ago and when I brought my family here. (partner and brother) LV8 was the only place I would have them stay. From the amazing serctuity guards to the always polite and ready to assist concierge and reception staff. However, the hospitality staff are a reason to go all own their own. the diligence at breakfast, the ease of service, the endless care to accommodate food requirements. not to mention service to the pool! I must mention the room. we stayed in the two bedroom suite with private pool. it's So beautiful and luxurious I don't want to tell you all or I will never be able to book it again. the layout is perfect for two couples, a few people, families. each room with person bathroom, not ensuite bathroom. tv in every room for those lazy in the aircon days. Oh and the location on the beach is perfect. away from crowds but close to shops and spas. I highly recommend Kimberley Spa Canggu

The resort pool and bar area were very relaxing to sit in and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were hardly any booklets or pamphlets in the main area suggesting various activities and tours with different operators to choose from. We had to rely on the concierge to do it. So, our options were limited. Also having a room with a private pool was why we chose that particular room. However, there were only normal seating chairs outside. With a pool, it would have been lovely to have two pool deck chairs (lounges) to lie on in the sun. The other things that would have been useful and there definitely was room for it outside on the walls, a mini clothes-line frame to hang our pool towels and bathers on to dry overnight. Even with our clothes, those that simply needed a rinse, I could have rinsed them inside and hung outside to dry.

All staff are very friendly and attention to detail especially during breakfast. Plates are cleaned as soon as we finished eating.

The hotel might need renovation as it is outdated and focus more on cleanliness. Towel are not as white as it used to. Room are very big that makes its hard to focus on cleanliness. First night of our stay, the toilet can't be flushed so we had to contact engineering to fix it. Beaches have many rubbish which is disappointed eventhough its actually has beautiful beaches. If renovation can be done, it has many good oppprtunity to bring more guests.

The hotel is just on the seaside/very close to Berawa beach. I even can walk from Finns Beach Club back to the hotel.. Their bedroom is very big and the bed is well comfortable..

I think it’d be better if they improve/change some stuff like the cutleries and tableware in the restaurant, the water and shower faucet in the bathroom and some other equipment that looks rusty or broken and old. Because this makes this hotel not meet our expectations as a 5 star hotel.

Great location: in front of the beach and within walking distance to convenient shops, souvenir shops, small warong and the famous beach clubs, superb! Hotel even provides shuttle if you don’t want to walk! Clean & spacious room: the two bedroom suites is so spacious for 2 adults and 2 older children. Came with Netflix for my teenagers while me & my husband can go out to party at night at the Finn’s Beach Club. (Own Netflix account needed) Facilities: beach front infinity swimming pool is so grand, that it can compete with those famous beach clubs nearby. The sunset view from the pool is amazing!!! Gym room also comes with full equipment! Superb Services: before my arrival, the hotel already WhatsApp me if I needed any assistance for special occasion, so I texted them back that this is my 13yo son’s birthday trip. They straight away asked for my son’s name & they will prepare a cake for him upon our arrival. When I checked-in, a beautiful cake (a full round shape cake with delicate decoration) was presented with a warm note for my son. Candles and matches were prepared as well! We were all amazed by how detailed their services are. The cake was so delicious that we finished the whole cake right away! Food: I was given so many vouchers for food, drinks, spa when I check in, so I decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, the food that we ordered were so delicious and we even decided to have our dinner at the pool side again and still entitle for the voucher discount. By far this hotel is the greatest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in, it ticked all my check box & I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bali! I love Bali because of Lv8 Resort Hotel 😘

My kids really enjoy the pool. We took a dip during sunset and wow! it was quite a view. Room was spacious of our family. We ordered room service for dinner and food arrived in timely manner and was sooo delicious!

The bathroom situation could be better, when using the bath tub, water may splash and flow into the room - it would be better if the bathroom floor is not leveled as the bedroom. The beach is rather dirty with lots of rubbish - kinda turn down to be hanging out by the beach

This property is the best in Canggu. The rooms are massive, the infinity pool is beautiful and Finns beach club is a short walk away. They were so thoughtful to provide a birthday cake for my husband with a lovely handwritten note. The breakfast menu is so elaborate, we over ate everyday. Special shoutout to Wendy and Fitri for taking good care of us.
