What a great hotel. The staff are welcoming & housekeeping very attentive clean towels everyday . Fridge & kettle in room . Which is convenient. The food is good..restaurant & roof bar with amazing views & a very nice pool . The rooms are good. Sun on the baloney rooms. Back rooms no sun & a window . Very central to all the beach clubs & The Main Street with bars & restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk .. so the location is 10/10.. road can be busy tho from atlas & Finns.

There is work on going . Everyday all week. But when you out most of day you won't notice . But they have great discounts Renovation rates at the moment . So it's not a bit bad.

The rooms were good, it was nice having a mini bar and ac in the room. The rooftop pool was actually super nice and clean, and lots of deck chairs to go around! There’s a mini mart right across the street and a good spa with pretty cheap prices which was a huge plus, ended up going to the spa 3 out of the 4 days we stayed! The buffet breakfast wasn’t too bad! Omelet station and lots of choices between Indonesian and western food along lots of pastries and different breads, little sandwiches and salads.

There were lots of little ants, you couldn’t leave a half eaten bag of chips in the room rolled up, it would have to be thrown out due to all the little ants getting in everything Construction from 9-5, although it wasn’t that bad couldn’t hear it from the rooms just the lobby. The power for the room is the key card to the room so can’t leave ac running when you leave.

I have been staying at Koa for the last 3 weeks and I have loved it so much I have extended for another week. All of the staff, from reception, housekeeping and restaurant have been so kind, friendly, polite and helpful. I have been very sick and the reception staff helped me with ordering medication and getting me a doctor so I'm very grateful for their support. My room is so comfortable, the bed is great and the bathroom is perfect, the shower is lovely too. The restaurant is nice with an infinity pool and view. The food I had from the restaurant was always really good too with lots of local and western dishes to choose from. The location is also amazing and is only a quick walk away from FINNS, the beach and loads of shops and restaurants. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here!

I stayed at this hotel three different times during my trip to Bali, and each stay was excellent. The pool was under renovation, but I was given free access to the nearby Atlas Beach Club, which was a great alternative. They kindly kept my suitcase for me free of charge while I was traveling, which made things so much easier. A special thanks to Agus and Suki for their professionalism and kindness — they truly made me feel welcome every time.

I wasn’t too fond of being asked to leave a 500K deposit or an ID, as it felt a bit inconvenient.

Nice hotel with a pool on the rooftop. Also, they serve breakfast and have a restaurant (did1nt try because found nice, local place to eat). The room was big, and comfortable, with a shower and TV (has Netflix). We liked the location - near the sea, and beach clubs (If you stay in Koa you can go for free to Atlas beach club). In our firts room, the balcony door was broken so the staff provided us with another room. Without a balcony and not to the roadside (more quiet side). On the opposite side of hotel, you will find a small shop, an amazing spa with massage.

This property is absolutely amazing! We’ve stayed here for multiple weeks at a time and have only had exceptional experiences. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and designed for ultimate comfort. From the cozy beds to the top-notch amenities, every detail is thoughtfully considered. Whether for business or leisure, this place exceeds expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

Amazing value, location and staff. Would recommend a stay here for the 30 pound a night we paid. Loved it.

It's not luxury but when you only spend 30 pounds a night what do you expect. For this price please do not complain about anything. It truly is exceptional value.

Very central. Super clean rooms with nice facilities. The breakfast was nice as well with a lot of options. Lovely pool on the room and nice staff.

Be careful of the road to the left of the property. My partner and I were walking down it after dark and someone tried to mug us. They were not successful but when we told staff they told us there mustn’t much they can do. I know it’s not their fault but just always get a taxi it was pretty scary! We were here for a month and it’s the only time it’s happened.

**Excellent Aspects** Staff here are exceptional, always ready to help and happy to greet you. The rooftop pool is lively, perfect for a dip and to read or write or meet fellow Travelers. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the location is ideal, close to the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants around the corner.

**Room for Improvement:** The room could be a little more comfortable; the bed was a little hard to sleep on as was the desk chair, the window could use a clean, and I was a little disappointed they didn’t give me a room with a balcony. But overall a great stay!

Everything! Friendly staff, delicious room service food, beautiful rooftop pool and only 2 min walk to Finns Beach Club and Atlas as well! The spa opposite is great too and lots of little cafes nearby! And RAW gym as well as popular bars Old Mans & Mexicola are only a 10min go jek taxi bike ride away! 10/10 from me.

This was my 3rd visit to Koa and I like eveyrthing! The rooms by the road can be noisy but you have to just wear ear plugs! The benefits and price far outweigh a bit of local traffic noise.
