Modern and clean hotel; good location in the city. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet with lots of choice (also for western tourists).  Room super clean with a very good bed and pillows. Good working air conditioning. Bathroom everything in order.  Book a room with a window with a view outside. Price/quality very good. Deserve 4 stars

Love everything. Breakfast was superb. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable (I like the harder type of mattress. If you like the soft ones, you probably won't like it.) Location was great. Lots of food and market around. Worth the price paid for the stay.

Easily accessible to many eateries, marts, masjid and even the museum. Very friendly receptionist.

Since the bathroom probably sharing the ventilation duct, hence, the room kinda smell smokeyy🥲If you are sensitive with the smell, it will be difficult.

Very attentive and professional employees who organized the transfers for me. Everything well organized,I had a comfortable standard room. Good breakfast buffet . I felt very welcomed here. The friendly hotel manager came up to me to ask me if everything is ok .

The room was a bit smelly. (Smoke) There was an event going on and it was a bit noisy until midnight.

As tourists, we were very pleasantly surprised during our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the staff friendly,. The beds were the best we’ve had on Sumatra. The location is also great, plenty of nice places to eat nearby and easy to reach with Grab.

The location of the hotel was perfect - around the eateries and easy to find food. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable as I was travelling with a baby and elderly. The hotel is best for short stay - not sure if it is recommended for long stay as the room is a small. For us, it was the perfect size.

The breakfast spread can be improved. The variety was good, quality and taste can be improved. We were here over the weekend and the hotel was fully booked. Suggest for guest to come down for breakfast early as seats are limited in the restaurant.

The only thing I didn't like was the sharp difference of temperature between outside and the inside of the hall.It was too cold.Si I got a cold.

Spotless and spacious room, great onsite restraint and very friendly staff.

Comfortable beds, functional air con. TV also functioning and acesss to channels.

The restaurant downstairs was not great, food and drink both disappointing.
