Breakfast, location, staff and cleanliness.

My room is close to elevator which as sound every time when the elevator arrived at the floor so it is quite noisy for me. Especially when people start going for breakfast/check out but I still want to sleep more.

We appreciate the staff and overall team's effort to put us into our preferred room of non-smoking. We were travelling with a baby and an elderly. Therefore, staying in a smoking room was not an option and was the room they wanted to put us in when we arrived. We were happy that they managed to sort out the request with no delays. The location of the hotel was perfect - nearby eateries and souvenirs shop. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and there was plenty of seats. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Good for business and non-business traveller.

We stayed on the 7th floor. In the evening, the noise coming from the cafe was a bit too loud. If you travelling with children and elderly, suggests to request a room on a higher floor to minimise the noise. Lucky for us, the noise didn't bother us much, as we were too tired and slept through the noise.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast serving Indonesian food and continental. Certain day they serve jamu good to try. Fast check in and check out. On the Last Day they provide nice packed breakfast for our group since we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. I appreciate this.

The hotel had many guests and many car parking in front of the hotel. Hence we had to walk to the main road because our bus couldnt pick us at the hotel entrance.

Probably the best breakfast I had in a month travelling through Indonesia. Nice hotel, very clean and quite modern. Nice staff, very well located in the center of Aceh. Cool pool.

the bathroom door lock was broken, did ask the staff to repair..they didnt do nothing. not a big deal but a bit uncomfortable when u travel with coworker.

Perfect location on a heart of city (Simpang 5). Close to Restaurant (Pizza HUT, A&W, KFC, etc) but also close enough local food. Hotel Restaurant so comfy and well staff. Helpfull.

Good hotel, clean and staff are very friendly and efficient. The foods served during breakfast is good and delicious. Location wise, its in the centre of Aceh, there are KFC and Pizza Hut distance walking from the hotel.

Probably the hotel can also provide hair dryer, washcloth, hand towel in the rooms.

Excellent staff Covid updated - touch-less buttons in the elevator etc (I stayed here in 2018 but the cleanliness standard in the room has fallen - see below)

Breakfast was quite up to our expectations.

Some dishes was quite spicy. And I have to inform the staff to refill the food when it was nearly empty.
