The kids love the rooftop minizoo although there were too many pigeons! Location is close to all the Cihampelas attractions and malls, and not too far from the northern Lembang area. Staff were all kind and breakfast spread was excellent as usual!

When I first stayed here in 2017, everything looked new but now some of the fixtures (wall panelling, bathtub clogger, etc) are coming apart. Shower water isn't very hot. The carpets are visibly stained too. My room had an odd smoky smell and I had to request to change, but the staff were very helpful.

I'm from Malaysia, stayed on 5th June 2024 (1 night) with my family in the room no 655. My wife left her GOLD earrings (belongs to her late grandma/Sentimental value) in the room and we are back in Jakarta to continue our vacation. The HONEST housekeeping staff found the earing and give it to Guest Service. The GS contacted me and transport it to Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta on the same day i've received. The best room service crew.

Good facilities especially for kids. They loved the swimming pool and feeding the animals. Breakfast was wonderful with good spread of local and international food. Rooms were good size and we got connecting rooms which was great since there are 5 of us.

The porcupine enclosure is very very small for such a big animal. The floor near swimming pool and on the pool slide steps can be very slippery even when only walking.

overall this hotel is good in all aspect, the location is good all kids facilities is top notch (cooking class, mini zoo, swimming pool, playground, sand pool) and also the room size is decent

the crowd when its breakfast time, with the number of guest staying at their place compare to their breakfast areas it feel so pack, maybe they need to consider to split the areas

The breakfast options and the hotel has additional facilities like laundry and Tjokro mart

Its a bit unclean (found some small roaches) and sometimes the sink is clogged in the bathroom

Room services, there is no service until 11.30 pm due to shift change, we arrived in hotel at 10.00 pm and need to order some meals.

I had issue with my door lock... Battery depleted... I had to go to the front desk on the ground floor twice to get help and resolve the problem... The safety box wasn't able to be used... I can't reset the PIN.. ERROR... Refrigerator electricity will also be off when we pull off the room card... So when we leave the room without anyone.. food inside the refrigerator will not be refrigerated... Swimming pool is too small

The mini zoo was so fun for our kids, specially the rabbit area is so clean and well managed

The hotel is optimized for family stays, it has many family-friendly amenities. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were well kept. The shower was amazing though. Breakfast was pretty complete, plenty of Indonesian traditional breakfast dishes. Parking space was huge, though at full occupancy space might be scarce.

The WiFi was very unstable, I could barely have any connection while in the room. The elevator in the North Tower was not connected to each other, so that if you request an elevator, only the one that you press will be activated/requested, which for me is rather inefficient. Location is in the northern part of Cihampelas, so you have the choice of going to the city through Cihampelas or Cipaganti, but expect long traffic jams.
