overall visits are great. this is not the 1st time stay in that hotel. this year was twice, but booked under my sister's name, connecting room. the room is considerate okay, but less tissues, i need to call HK to get tissues, hotel locations are easy to reach, and not too crowded during holiday season, when university are off for holiday. our last visit we didn't order for breakfast, we try street food vendor and delivery option. slightly bit bored with menu breakfast offered.

several times brown water in the shower and tab, very expensive laundry: 2 kg for 312.000 IDR

The room was nice, spacious, we even got to borrow babycot for free, as long as it is still available. Minimarket is super close just right across the street

When we were about to checkout the receptionist didn't remind us about the free parking (we have to get the stamp on the ticket first) so we had to pay quite a lot for parking fee since it was impossible to go back when we already queueing in the parking exit. The washbasin in our room took time to empty, not clogged yet, but about to.

Room bigger than other hotel for same rate. Location easy to access. We didn't take breakfast in hotel since it's optional. But, we found many option for breakfast nearby the hotel.

During our visit parking close to elevator was challenging. The parking way little bit narrow. The parking payment gate located in hike position. If there is few car queuing rather difficult for unskilled driver.

The lighting in the room is very low makes doing activity for study or work become uncomfortable. An old paint and stained ceiling needs to be repainted to make more fresh look and ambience

Staff are polite and helpful, the facilities are clean and its a good value for money.

The location is a bit concern since the road is over crowded, I suggest to provide one crew for arranging the hotel guest at the entrance access. The parking lot is full and I experienced it's hard to find the available parking lot.

Nice and comfy room, great swimming pool, friendly staff and tasty food.

Parking area is at the apartment, a building next to the hotel. It’s quite a trouble to walk crossing the building just to get to our hotel room.
