Location and the view from our corner bedroom. Plus we were on the 9th floor. Spacious bedroom. A/C was good. Mini fridge was working well. With all that space though, should have included a wardrobe. So we had somewhere to hang and keep our clothes, bags, etc.

The bathtub was too high to climb in without a handle bar to help (bout 2 feet to climb in). I slipped trying to climb into the tub when they didn't replace the bath mat. I hurt and scrapped my thigh on the edge. It was a shower tub combo so we had no choice but to climb in when we wanted to shower. And the tub was scuffed and broken in some places. Definitely need seeing to.

The location in front of Cihampelas Walk, so we could just walk by foot. The breakfast also good, love the taste. The AC also good. The parking also great.

The sink in room No. 506 has leaked so a little bit wet in the bathroom. Also the cover bed liitle bit have not a good smell.

Room was spacious with nice big windows. Air con worked. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Location was particularly good for us, we walked to the main attractions, good martabak and street food near by and a shopping mall which is very modern with bigger chain restaurants. I was also able to get a pop mee noodle at night from the drinks cafe inside the hotel which was helpful.

I was disappointed that there wasn't any wifi in the room or at breakfast- didn't check to see if there was wifi at reception. The room was clean except for the edges of the room, lots of hair, spilled coffee and when we moved the bin there was rotting fruit behind. We were in room 501 and a man was always sat on the bench outside our room smoking. Maybe people shouldn't smoke in the corridor and should be forced to go down to the lobby/outside.

The hotel benefits from a central location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The bed provided was satisfactory and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, contributing to a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with one of the rooms where the toilet had a noticeable odor. However, the hotel staff responded promptly and addressed the issue. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, and we noticed that some of the utensils and plates were a bit dusty, which was disappointing.
