I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and my two brothers. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and bidet shower for the toilet bowl. I loved the height of the bed which makes getting up and out easy. Cleanliness wise, i was happy to see that housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Nice to come back to my room every evening. Last night before checkout, the housekeeping staff actually made a cute towel arrangement on my bed. :-) Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasant as the staff and crew were very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed my holiday better because of the pleasant hotel. Thank you everyone.

The breakfast had an excellent spread of choices. Only small minus point is that some of the food was not warm enough (eg, the pasta and fried potatoes, which i took for 3 days). I usually have breakfast early cos my itinerary was mostly early morning. Bathroom - i stayed on the 10th floor, only issue the bidet shower water pressure was a bit low.

Location was very convenient Great breakfast,cheap with so many choices of menu. The staff were very helpful friendly,especially Daniel and Iqbal. Will recommend this place to others

The door lock of the bathroom did not work properly,we couldn't lock it (Room 688) The hotel management should enforce the non smoking zone more strictly, especially outside the lobby It feels unhealthy due to the bad smell .

Mr sofyan was firendly and very helpful. The suite was nice with good view Comfortable to sleep There was some snacks and drinks as welcoming from them which has been given again during the middle of our stay which I found outstanding and unique

The wifi is disconnected from the room during the last night !! Breakfast should have more international options I asked for taxi to bring me to the airport and the staff member who should Organise that he didn’t do his job and no driver has contacted me so I must search by myself for someone ..

The staff bent over backward to make us comfortable. We upgraded to an executive king room, which was worth it. New and bigger than ordinary king room with a better mattress. A toppa was added. We stayed 7 nights, so it was definitely worth the move. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The free breakfast was exceptional, and the menu for dinner had a good range of international and Asia cuisine. All the staff went out if their way to greet and to serve us. We felt very honored and enjoyed our stay at holiday inn. We would highly recommend staying at the holiday Inn in the executive wing.

In our original booking, we had booked King Twin single beds in the older wing. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and springs were gone. The older building also had paint coming off in the bathroom, and sink plugs were not working properly. General wear and tear and a rip in one of the pillow cases.

We were impressed with the breakfast — so many choices! As for the room and service, there's nothing more to say — just excellent. It's definitely worth staying here for a vacation. Located in the center of Bandung, it's very convenient to go anywhere.

The swimming pool is smaller than expected.

The excellent service and hospitality of staff at the Cafeteria, Rian, Wilani, Vabia and Teguh. The housekeeping team, especially Sara and Iwan.R, also has personal touch and provided excellent service in understanding the needs of tenants

Kitchen service during breakfast could have been better. Waited more than 15 minutes just for eggs but they messed up my order. Fortunately the manager was very prompt in his service recovery and got my order immediately upon request.

Location is great for my purpose, I drove from Jakarta and attended a wedding without the hassle of entering the busy city, but that's just me I guess. Aircon works well, hot water in the bathroom is nice

Unfortunately the wash basin in the bathroom is rather slow to sink water, just a minor thing, not a big issue

The facilities were very good, the personnel's service was great as well, all of them very friendly and professional. Rooms very confortable, and breakfast was awesome.

Lunch choices at the restaurant were not too good, we asked for a club sandwich but it was just ok, pizza needs to improve as well.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and most knew tolerable English. Rooms are clean and spacious. Curtains block out light at night. Free parking, children eating free and the quiet of the hotel were wonderful.

Laundry service took forever. We had it in by 9 a.m. and both times didn't get it back until 10 p.m.!!!!! And then only after we called to check on where it was. We were never informed of the policy of children eating free and were confused about the prices.
