The staff were really friendly. We took the breakfast upon arrival and they could facilitate vegetarian meals for me. They were sweet to prepare something every morning and one of the staff will walk me around to show which items I can eat in the buffet.

Just that the main road access. Always requires the grab drivers to make a big u turn to reach here. But it’s not really an issue just that the drivers were not so happy about it.

Breakfast was as expected from IBIS. What can I say about the Indonesian hospitality - the staff are ever helpful and accommodating. They all should be given a healthy bonus. Will stay here again not doubt about that.

Had to walk outside the corridor to get water and the dispenser produced water like a young child peeing - that slow. Only 1 lift operational during my 3 nights stay there.

If you want something simple yet nice, Ibis Pasteur is your choice. Check in was easy with no fuss, and just any Accor group hotel, their lobby smells really really nice and calming. Breakfast was tasty with enough option to start the day. House keeping was very good at doing their job. Thank you Opik Hidayat for making us an adorable towel puppy.

I support the hotel being eco friendly, it was just a bit of a hassle not having bottled water in the room. They provide a jug that you can refill from water dispenser in the hallway. I was lucky enough, the dispenser was just in front of the room.

the staff very nice and friendly, they very good in check in process, provide my request without any complicated procedure, i can change my bed from twin to double, they help me carry my stuff, i can order various food 24 hours, change my room from non smoking to smoking room, they give matches while i don't have any, it's near to train station, travel pool, shopping mall, beauty salon, cafe, etc

they not provide mineral water in the room

The room is clean and comfy. Bathroom is pretty small but thats not a big deal for me as long as they're clean. I had city view room thats great. There's movie night and live music as well! The location is close to some great places and train station.

The staff was helpful when I asked questions, breakfast was plentiful. Nice view from my room, and it was quiet.

The space was a little limited for breakfast, especially when there was a special event (wedding). That is my only complaint

Maybe because of it’s the peak season, price is at the high side. Also, the door sensor is broken, we are able to open the door without using the card 😅

Room atmosphere, room condition, matress condition, the bathroom cleanliness, breakfast menus, water is clean and warm, the ac is cold in a perfect temperature for Bandung. Would definitely requested non corner/ending hall area room for my next stay or maybe middle area room :)

There were no receptionist or operator available after 00.00, so I had to call multiple extension numbers for a bottle of water. Luckily there was one restaurant staff on the line, he was polite. Sadly can't order room service after 10 PM, but no worries. My room is face to face with staff pantry/staff only room, so quite noisy when they are going in n out with their trolleys..

The room is cozy, the shower is good, the staffs are good.

The location wise is not so convenient, to reach the hotel I have to make a long U turn

Staff were nice, helpful and friendly, I got very early check in for free. Location near Pasir Kaliki street (just cross the street) where lots of food stalls open in the early morning to have breakfast. Bathroom is clean even though a bit small and hot water working fine.

The parking area too small and has no elevator straight to the lobby. maybe it was under maintenance when I was there. No windows can be opened for getting fresh air. No 24 hours restaurant in door.
