We had a wonderful stay at Cottonwood Boutique. The location was excellent and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived there in the morning. The room facilities were good; ac was cold; there was Netflix in the TV; and the wifi was pretty decent. There was free breakfast too! I will stay here again if I'm back in Bandung.

We stayed on the second floor on our first night, then we moved to the first floor on our second night. It was noisy on the first floor, as our room was by the open area (near the reception lobby). Some guests were chit chatting around 10PM and they were not mindful of their noise or of the time. I had to text the staff to tell the guests to keep quiet because we were about to sleep at that time. Maybe the hotel can put up a sign in that area to keep the noise down especially around 10PM onwards, just to be respectful to other guests who would like to rest early.

Room Size perfectly fit for Family. We were 6 Adults and 2 Toddlers and we can fit in nicely. Kitchen facilities were also great (electric stove, microwave, even an RO Dispenser). Entertainment facilities with internet TV and free netflix. Cleanliness was also exceed expectation for this type of accomodations. A nice working whirpool accompanied by this buzzing bees 😆 Staff were amazing!

1. Bathroom may need a little work - shower curtain, maybe. 2. Basic amenities were not at the good quality. 3. Towels didn't seem uniform in size. 4. Rooms were not so soundproof. 5. No Breakfast.

The staff was excellent and always ready to help us. The rooms were always clean and comfortable.the only downside was the breakfast.

We stayed at the family suite. Spacious, clean, has its own small kitchen and dining table. Loove the simple decor, the small balcony, the bed n breakfast feel ( tho there is no breakfast, but there is a small cafe/bakery). My daughter was really happy with her bunk bed. The area is also nice and quiet, lots of trees and old colonial houses

There is no elevator and as the suite is on the top floor, quite a challenge to drag our big suitcase 😅

A nice, family-friendly hotel with clean rooms. The bakery, accessible directly from the hotel lobby, offers excellent breakfast options.

It felt a bit unusual that we were asked to sign a declaration confirming we were married—this was the only accommodation in Indonesia that requested it.

Great staff very helpfull

Enough convenient room (304) for a short stay max 2 nights because room has no daylight window. Indoor light from the hallway was shining through the roll curtain during the night. This can be solved with another curtain. You def need transportation to get around. There are no little shops around the corner but there is a nice bakery next to the hotel where you can get your breakfast/ lunch.

The property is located quite far from the centre, but as we hired a local guide for 2 days, the journey was all smooth sailing. The room was clean and staffs were attentive.

The space is limited that we have to properly arrange stuff to make room for us to sit.

The location is very close to Bandung Station and many interesting places are around. The rooms are clean but the family room is much smaller in reality. The bakery/coffee shop in the building was very good.

The room is a little bit cramped, the bathroom doors are kinda dingy.
