the room was spacious enough and clean, the pillows (they give 2 pillows for each person) also comfortable and the bathroom comes with both bathtub and shower at different space. Parking space is not a problem in this hotel comparing to other Accor hotels in Bandung, even when there is a breakfasting event at he hotel. Location is superb in city center. The hotels really read our request.

however late at night woke up to a hotter room despite the ac already turn on before going to bed, apparently late at night the ac turn off automatically to only fan but not breezing cool air.

This hotel can be reached by Grab car and is located in the center of Bandung. Check-in was easy, and check-out was smooth. My room was on a higher floor, which was quiet and offered a nice view of the houses surrounding the hotel thanks to the large glass window. The room was super nice and comfortable for a solo traveler, with a bathtub, a spacious bed, and a carpeted floor. The TV channels were acceptable, but I mainly used my iPad for movies and dramas, so I didn't watch much TV. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the water pressure was good, even on the higher floor. The water heater worked well too. Everything about the room was good. I particularly enjoyed the open-air pool, although you need your room card to access it. The pool is right beside a cafe, and I was able to do 1km laps in the pool. I can watch sunset and sunrise from my room. It is beautiful. I didn't choose a room with breakfast since there are plenty of small restaurants in front of the hotel where you can find decent meals. Overall, it's a nice and decent hotel for a solo traveler like me.

Bandung is a hilly area, so this hotel is situated up the hill. However, there's no need to worry because the Grab car will drop you off right in front of the lobby. If you prefer to go for a walk, you can walk down a bit as there are a few outdoor outlets in front of the hotel. Additionally, you can take an elevator from the lobby down to the parking area, which is quite convenient.

Location , facilities and staff. Further more, i always have mu usual room ie 707 n 706. I have been in this room since 2012. So i feel comfortable and also most of their staff still recognised me. Except for this time most of them were not in this hotel anymore except for leni. Sometimes with the previous staff, i was upgraded to a better room on on my special ocassion when i stayed there but not this time.

The room n toilet should be upgraded. Still in the same conditions since 2012. Towel provided must change at least once a year. Furniture can be upgraded

The room is spacious and well-lighted both from the electrical light (plenty in the room) as well as from the big window through which sunlight gets in the room. It gives guests a sense of coziness and comfort. The washroom has a bathtube that can also be used for shower and a set of towels both big and small. The quality of room and washroom is always number one on the list before anything else, and I'm satisfied with this particular aspect.

The lobby is a bit too small and is not too comfortable to sit at. There is no water shower for washing near the toilet, and while tissue paper is provided right next to it, for Indonesians the availability of water right at the toilet or near it is still a necessity.

It was a family trip with 11 members and a baby. The rooms 3 twin beds and 2 king beds were spacious. The twin beds had showers. The king beds had bath tubs. We were all located at the same floor. The breakfast buffet is good too but it would be better if the menu is changed every 2 days perhaps.

Probably a sign to say where the spa is exactly perhaps?

Location - central to the city; < 2 KMs from train station Breakfast spread was good! Super polite staff

1.) Early check-in could be an issue - their usual time is 16:00 2.) If you're going to use their parking facilities, make sure not to misplace the parking ticket - I had to pay 50K IDR fine for it, despite parking being complimentary for the guests staying at the hotel. So much for surveillance cameras and security guard at the gate!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Ordering food was very easy as well. The price was also very much worth it for 3 rooms.

Location wise it's a bit narrow, but other than that it's very a comfortable stay for the price.

Lucky for us, we had a great view @9 floor, in the morning, we can see mountain. Our room has a clean bathtub which my kids love so much.. and the hotel serves various of food for breakfast.

Comfy, clean, location great, and they have baby crib for free so i don't worry for my baby to get sleep

I booked two room and both of them didn't have a good bathtub cover. So if we filled the bathtub, the water is still wasted. Maybe need more repair for it

As i am pure veg. So they prepare breakfast separately for me. As egg are ok for me. So they regularly prepare for me. And really good service i got during the stay.
