The super friendly staff set up a surprise decoration for my mother's birthday. It was well executed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and feels like Santorini. The tarts, cakes and coffee are good.

The sink is outside the toilet and the drainage is slow. More hangers would be useful.

Location close to train station, quiet street, good vegetarian cafe 40 metres away, 20 minutes walk to centre. Nice and smiling staff. Clean and nice looking room in Greek style. I liked white-blue design and good vibe. Price is very reasonable

The interior design is really beautiful, it’s like you’re staying in Santorini. The choice of music at lounge hall also wonderful.

The cleanliness of the room can be better. However, I have enjoyed all days of my stay here.

Staff are all amazingly polite, accomodating. They perpetually smile. Kudos to Doni, Zidane, Agung. They are exeptional!

TV takes a while to get to your channel required. Slow due to unstable connection. Hv brought this up to the Manager in charged. Other than that, everything else is GREAT!

Value for money and comfortable room. I love the garden landscape they are having in lobby level, part of the restaurant.

On my last day, seem there was a gathering from the other room and their laugh makes a lot of noise to the whole corridor. I think they need to make a noise curfew regulation.

The hotel is super nice and value for money. The vibes is fantastic and the concept of Santorini is super nice. The hotel is also have instagram able vibes . I would definitely book again if I’m going to Bandung

The room is spacious and super cozy! It’s neat and clean. The price is worth it and their service is amazing. Although, it’s located in the city center and close to the train station, the area is quiet. The best part is they have the best restaurant downstairs!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, facilities were clean and working well.

Rooms were very basic and a bit cramped since the beds took up most of the space.

The place very clean, great interior and exterior design and they clean our room everyday. Great place and highly recommended! Definitely staying here again if im coming back to Bandung❤️
