This was our second time to stay in this hotel. This time we got a nice room with a big window view of the famous mountain Tangkuban Perahu. We love the ambience homey and cosy room interior, the room is huge! there are two comfy seats to enjoy the city view, and the air conditioner is good (a little noisy but not disturbing). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. They provide excellent customer service. When I stayed I got an afternoon meal voucher in the restaurant with interesting choices of snacks and food and beverages. The location is superb, across the shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, supermarket, electronics mall, bookstore, etc.

The slow drain in the sink and we still can hear the noise from the traffic and people despite we're on the 19th floor

excellent location, central Bandung and opposite a plaza. Very helpful staff and clean and comfortable rooms.

The lifts were a bit of a mess, with very long waits. The two lifts seemed overwhelmed by the number of people, which included staff taking luggage and room service up and down. No stairs were apparent (apart from emergency exits). Breakfast was nice but some dishes had far too much salt in them, which was a shame. however there were plenty of options available.

We just overnighted here. An excellent choic The staff were exceptional. From checkin to the restaurant. Very friendly and efficient and spoke good English The dinner was surprisingly good. The breakfast has to be one of the biggest selections I have ever seen. They serve beer, wine and liquor. Food and drinks reasonably priced. The room was extremely comfortable. Excellent beds and bathroom Good wifi. In short a perfect stay. I can't understand why this hotel has such a low rating on Booking.com Such a wonderful surprise

1) The room is quite spacious 2) The location is very strategic in the city centre and it is close to almost every place in Bandung city 3) The staffs (receptionists and house keeping) are all friendly and polite. Farhan Fajri (housekeeping staff) is helpful and polite. He happened to be cleaning my room when the wifi at my room did not work. He took initiative to report to the receptionist/technician. Then the technician came and fixed the wifi. The following day, I put "do not disturb" sign because I was working all day long outside the hotel. When I came back in the evening, I saw him in the hotel aisle. He noticed I put "do not disturb" and asked if I wanted my room to be cleaned. I agreed. 4) The hotel accommodated my request to print some documents (and it's free of charge). Helpful for those of you who travel for business.

1) The lobby is quite small 2) When I stayed there for 3 nights, there were some problems with the wifi. The staffs were quick to help fix it, but the following day the wifi did not work again. I appreciate their fast response. When I called receptionist and ask for help, the technician came to my room within some minutes, and the wifi connection restored But overall, I recommend staying at this hotel!

Breakfast was good. Perhaps could have a bit more variant daily as I usually stay for a good 4 to 5 days. it would probably be nice to have a different menu every 2 days, perhaps.

The carpark is not so user-friendly. The space is quite limited for guests. And the size of the car park is also rather smaller than usual.

My recent stay at Best Western Premier La Grande Bandung was a truly wonderful experience. The reception staff provided a warm and friendly check-in process, while the attentive and helpful outdoor staff added an extra touch of hospitality. Fridge not function at rom1719

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in Indonesia. Everything was excellent, from how welcoming and polite the staff were (reception, doormen, restaurant, and room service) , to the comfort of the rooms - my stay was extremely enjoyable and will be staying here again the next time I return to Bandung. Thank you for having me!

Nothing which I didn't like

Friendly staff. Great view from the 19th floor. Great bed. Th refrigerator was defect, but they solved it very quickly.. The breakfast was very good, also enough for European people to choose. Good central location. And the free afternoon food buffet was also great. I recommend this place.
