Family room was big and comfortable. Stayed only one night, so it was nice. Would stay again. Also the stuff was nice except the receptionist was very reserved and didn't say goodbay at the end. Maybe he’s had a bad day.

Food at the resturant wasn’t the best, I got whole plate of rice and a two really (really!) small pices of salmon. Wasn’t tasty. On the other hand my husband was having a rice with meet in some sause and it was good. Also a “fresh” strawberry juice had a wierd taste. Sorry. Breakfast was ok.

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel with fair prices and a great location near shops and cafes. The room was spacious, although it could use a bit of an upgrade in terms of design. The bathroom was decent, with good water pressure, but there was no rain shower. Additionally, breakfast is available for an optional fee of RP100k per person and offers basic food selections.

I had requested a twin bed room, but unfortunately, due to the hotel being fully booked, I was given a room with only one large bed. The hotel does not offer laundry services, but they can arrange for an external laundry service provider to take care of it. The receptionist kindly offered to handle the laundry for me. Additionally, accessing the elevator to get to the room requires climbing a few stairs, which can be inconvenient if you have large and heavy luggage.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had an amazing stay at Ivory Hotel Bandung! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure every need was met. The cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay even more comfortable. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding to the overall convenience and relaxation. And the food absolutely delicious! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung!

Clean & spacy room. Location. Breakfast was ok.

The room was okay but I specifically ask to get a twin bed and when I got there, they gave me a double bed. I asked to change the room and they say if I want to have the twin bed I can but that means that I have to downgrade the room OR upgrade BUT if I chose this option means that I have to pay more. LAH?? If you don't provide the twin bed in this specific room then better to take the bed option out of this application.

The check-in process was smooth and fast. Got a room upgrade (Thank you!) The bed was very comfortable. The room size was big. Complete amenities and facilities with a small safety box and refrigerator. Nice and helpful staff. I did not try the breakfast but the restaurant is always full of people so willing to try it next time. The location is great. A lot of hip coffee shops and bakery in the walking distance. Room was ready before the check-in time so I could check-in around 1pm, I also asked for a late check-out and given extra 30 minutes. Thank you so much for the hospitality

The room is not very soundproof, we can still hear noises from the outside perhaps due to the window seal and the fact that the city just celebrated a win on a football match hence the unusual noise. But I had my earplug so all good no problem/issues.

I love the room, it is spacious. The location is strategic, I can walk to popular destinations from this hotel. In fact they have a great coffee shops and drunk baker just next to the hotel

The parking space is too small for the hotel. Since the street is not that wide and the location is in popular location, it is hard to park your car and can be jammies. And also you need to go up 1 floor with stairs to use lift. Imagine if you bring several luggages

Small hotel with highly professional and extremely helpful staffs. Got room upgrade to Deluxe city view which is very spacious with large window. I love morning sun and the window is perfect. The bed is comfortable and equipped with goose downs pillows. Located strategically in a typical leafy small road in, next to Bandung busy area of Jl. Riau & Dago. I grew up in Bandung and spent my childhood around this area as I went to school just around the corner. So this neighbourhood is practically walking down a memory lane for me, and being able to come back here after a decade and found a great place to stay with a homy feeling is a total bliss. Everjoy cafe/restaurant on ground floor offers a great range of food (my food came exactly like the picture!) and drinks, and also a specialty coffees. The area, as almost everywhere in the city, has tonnes of options for culinary enthusiasts within walking distance. I planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights, went to south Bandung for adventure trip and returned back to Ivory for 2 nights. There are few similar little hotels around, but I've done my research and I didn't regret mu decision to stay here. Best location. Best service. Worth every penny! And Time!

Room: Amazing. I got a free upgrade upon booking; was able to get a nice comfy room with city view (not really a view tbh). But the room though, it's really clean, and that alone already made the stay great. Was struggling to find other hotels that are actually clean but not so expensive (around 3-4*) and this one fell to my radar after looking at other reviews. Beds were comfy and we actually got a nice pillow (not those cheap flimsy ones or hard ones). Staff were so polite and helpful; i lost my key and they are willing to replace and change the lock for my security. Tldr, really happy with during my stay and i thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. Room service food was the bomb; pricey but really yummy. Location: really strategic, lots of good food around. The lobby itself are attached to the restaurant that's also serving the guest for breakfast. The cake sold was tasty. Stairs to the lobby and to the room on the 1st floor (they do have elevators to 2nd fl and up). So be wary if you have a big luggage, need to lift it a bit but staff can help.

Breakfast was really subpar, very limited choice and cold when i get there. Then again, i have no expectation since the hotel is 3*, and wasn't really going to stay for the food, but for the clean room. LIke i can see how they are compromising on the bare minimum food but everything else is honestly amazing. Oh but the room service food on the other hand, they are expensive but dang it's so yummy, worth the price.

Great location to explore the trendy area of Bandung with a lot of local fashion shops. The hotel is up to Western standards, clean, provides also water and toiletries, daily room service. The breakfast on one of the days was from the menu only that made it very small and limited, yet on the other days it was an open buffet with plenty options that kept changing from day to day.

It didn't matter if you go 6am or 9am for breakfast, the most food that should be hot was actually damn cold. Like taken out of the fridge rather than prepared in the morning.

Nice & cozy hotel... affordable and great value. Strategic location with many cafe, restaurant and boutique within walking distance. Breakfast is okey only not much choice. Excellant service of front desk staff name Harid(Harith)👍.. Overall good and in future if i visit Bandung sure i will stay at this hotel again...
