This hotel is the best. Everyone from the desk checking in, starting from Ms.Arini she is very helpful, she gives a 110% customer service and housekeeping is making sure that our room is clean everyday and very tidy and they provided us all items we need in the room , towels and hand towels ,Mr. Winato and Mr. Gunawan from security are very attentive and professional.From the dining room, Mr.Inan and Mr. Mulus we’re very generous offering us great service and the ladies checking us in the dining room we’re very gracious and all staff member were so courteous. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It should be rated 5 star instead of 4.!!!

Service was excellence. From the valets/attendance, porters and reception/check in counters. Breakfast was great. We love having breakfast there as staffs were very friendly and their meticulous attention to customer service and hospitality. Varieties of very good foods were served there. Stefan and his staffs done an excellence job. My daughter loves the painting, playing 'chefs' and the kids movie sessions. It was a great stay.

We like it ALL. We'd booked earlier of the month asking for very good city view. I guessed the hotel was full when we check in. Our room was at lowest level so the city view was not what we'd expected (partly genteng dari gedung sebelah). But we're ok.

The staff were extraordinary. I would like to mention all staff by names (e.g. Rudy, Inan, Andi) but there are so many, but Courtyard by Marriot should be proud of their employees. The chefs and dining staff were exemplary - as a vegetarian, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Reception, bar and cleaning staff were so helpful and obliging. The location was the best

The only thing I would comment on is the AC - engineering were great and tried to rectify the situation (too hot in the room, even when AC set at 18), but my need for a cold room may have been unreasonable. Engineering arranged a platter of fruit to apologize for any inconvenience

I had a great stay at the Marriott Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the employees, so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made check-in quick and gave excellent local tips. Their warm attitude really made a difference. Highly recommended!

The newly designed bathroom, still need improvement on it’s drainage floor. Please upgrade the quality of the pool, at least provide water heater dedicated to the pool.

The staff from front desk, concierge, bell boy to house keeping were friendly and helpful. As always. We asked for connected rooms and they were ready and available when we checked in. This was a repeat stay with the hotel. We liked that it was only about 10-15 minute (morning, without traffic) taxi ride to the train station.

Room is very modern and clean, lot of power outlets (especially USB port for charging our gadgets). I stayed for 7 nights in their premier room, it has a comfortable work chair & table for me to do my work during the 3 nights of my stay.

The internet is really bad, I couldn't have a proper online conference call with my work colleague (which kinda defeats the purpose of having a work chair & table to do some work).

Room was excellent, bed is quite big (twin bed) for 2 people, people staff was extremely friendly, mosque is avail at basement, kids club is nice and comforting, breakfast menu is delicious and food variety is excellent

Swimming pool designed is old fashioned. I got a room which bathroom door can’t be closed and AC can’t be turned off

The staf very helpfull, the variety of breakfast also good and taste delicious. The room not too spacious, but nice interior and also the bathroom super clean. The location very strategic, walking distance to many places
