Breakfast was good, I stayed for 2 nights and there was different set of menu each day. Swimming pool was fine as there was a decent pool for kids although there's room for improvement for example, adding the slides for kids. Some additional greenery around the pool would also be nice,as it can be really hot during the day.

I booked the room with balcony, it was quite expensive (100 euro/night) but it was quite a disappointment (the discrepancy between the price and the facilities).

The staff is very helpful. They will help you as soon as possible and explain what you need clearly. The location is not that far from the some tourist hotspot.

The shower is fall suddenly and I almost get hit, but the staff immediately repair it. The staff really helpful. If only you can change or deep clean the carpet in the hallway (in front of the room) it would be better.

Very comfortable, clean. Even the location is fair, walking distance to pagi sore. Quite a long walk to braga centre.

The breakfast food can be improved, pastry little bit soggy, please put under heat lamp so its tay crispy.

Location. In the central city, not in the main street. It’s quiet, trees n birds are everywhere. Reminds me of my childhood. Perfect place to stay for exploring the city.

(+) spacious room. (+) comfortable bed & sofa. (+) well working refrigerator. (+) sufficient amount of clothes hanger in room. (+) fast response of the staff when handling queries from guests.

(-) bathroom door's knob is not working at room #209..so it can't be closed properly..let alone locked it. (-) water kettle not working. Luckily they have spare in hand, and replace our kettle with the new one. (-) limited parking space, but they have vallet ready. (-) they only have 2 elevators, with no separate freight elevators, so the waiting time might took forever. (-) need some further maintenance for the building. I notice some leaking point on the wall, especially in the basement area. (-) also need refreshment on the carpet & bed sheet.

Breakfast and room was good. I also appreciate the work of reception staff. I left my ID card there and they keep it safely. Also on my second day in the morning i was not able to enter my room (the technician guy inform that the door has issue). But they fix it quickly (room 209). Thank you

There should be a glass door between the shower room and dry area. The water keep splashing make the dry area become wet. Also my other room (room 225) has issue with AC which is not too cold. However due to night time we decide to let it be. Hopefully this already fixed by maintenance team.
