Amazing location and very good service! We stayed there for 5 nights and did not expect they provide housekeeping service for our entire stay! We were surprised the hotel towels were changed and beds were made daily. Breakfast selections are superb as well

Very near to the Braga street. Note that if you are staying during the weekend, Braga street is very crowded! There are many cafes and restaurants in along the street so you wont have to worry about food. The staffs are very friendly, that a plus point. The check in and checkout process is quick and simple. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. Pretty spacious, there are spaces to open 2 cabin-sized baggage.

Since the hotel is connected to a mall there is limited dedicated parking space for hotel guests. Tho there is a dedicated parking area, but when I arrived all are already full so I parked my car 1 floor below. The room is okay but there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it's pretty damp.

The hotel was very nice and pleasant, we particularly loved the location and the breakfast. It is an old hotel so the facilities are pretty dated but kept neat and clean. There is a lot of noise from the neighbouring guests who were socialising in the corridor but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Breakfirst I saw past few the days same food type. Choice of kuih no at all. Only cakes. But the staffs are good.

Lift service is very slow. During peak please open all 3 lift for operation. GL no WiFi coverage. Quite challenging during book grab.

Location near to eateries. Braga street closed to motorists during weekend to give comfort for people to wander around and enjoy the atmosphere. Room was quite big. Hotel staffs were wondeful & helpful. Varieties of breakfast menu. Will come back again in future.

Walking distance to Braga city walk. Friendly and accommodating staffs, clean and comfortable room, breakfast was good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose.

Swimming pool will probably be too small for swimming, playing, and exercising.

Rooms were generous in size. Toiletries were good. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast doesn't allow for bules. Just eggs and pastries. However, not too many bule there.

You must improve and renovate the room 1506, since the furniture and bed are quite old. It is different with Premier with 2 bedrooms that we stay before. The breakfast is very good and car parking is good.
