The location is very strategic as it is near to the station, all the staff is friendly and very helpful

The room is not properly clean especially the toilet.. it seems that they did not really clean the toilet.. only arrange and throw the rubbish.. it is because the floor tiles, sink and toilet are not very clean with stained with mold (yellowish stain) even when we just entered the room

Central location, regular hotel room, comfortable bed, private bathroom and shower (including towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and body soap), TV, air conditioner, restaurant in the lobby, closet with a safe, friendly staff.

It could have been cleaner, Wi-Fi didn’t work, shower only has body soap (or shampoo, or maybe it's one of those body soap/shampoo things), no hair dryer, it’s in the middle of a very busy road.

For that range of price, Citradream exceeded my expectation. Not only it's located strategically near the train station, street foods, drugstores, cafes, and even malls but because the hotel itself is so clean and has all the basic amenities that you need. Even if the room is so compact, if you're traveling alone or with a friend that should not be a problem at all.

You can actually hear the traffic from the street if you get the lower floor room. Other than that, the Wifi is sometimes disconnected itself, so you might need to log in again and again.

The breakfast was really nice, beyond expectation for 3 star hotel. The room is clean, room attendant always give us clean towel and water everyday. The receptionist and breakfast staffs are polite and helpful. Really recommended for this budget hotel!

The parking space is limited, so expect that you need to park your car even outside on the weekends.

everything was great! the place is recommended for those of you who need a low price hotel but is located in a very strategic place in Bandung. Never been satisfied with the place.

Perhaps, in the room there is no fridge or kettle. The lamps are quite dimmed.
