-Location next to Trans Studio Mall (Trans Studio Indoor Theme park, eatery, shops) which we wanted to visit. -Breakfast buffet was great with many selections. -Clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet at night. -Friendly & helpful staff.

-I wish the rooms are bigger. -Unfortunately we need to use water dispenser on the corridor to get drinking water. -Shower's water pressure in one of our room isn't that strong.

Close to main road, located near tsm (mall) and indoor theme park, there’s beautiful mosque nearby, breakfast is awesome with plenty sitting area, easy to find food, room were cleaned everyday, staffs were nice and friendly.

Room bit small, not much to do accept hang out outside or inside the mall, located in busiest road bit hard to access main road

The facilities and the room were clean and well maintained for my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast layout and availability was a bit confusing at first, and there was no awareness that there was additional food and as well as seating at the outside terrace. Maybe some signs could help.

Very convenient because the hotel location is just beside the mall.

We booked this hotel because it included the facilities such as pool for children. But unfortunately, when we ask about it during our check in, the hotel admin inform that the pool only accessible for executive room. FYI we booked standard room.

Location is next to the big shopping mall, and has easy access to other part of the city Room is standard, bed is comfortable Kind and helpful staffs (specially satpam who always ready to find me a taxi)

Very convenient location with mall and big mosque in the area. The bedroom layout are decent so, have enough space to pray as muslims.

Shower spot considered small for big/tall person so, a bit not comfortable. The room use Central AC which not our preference due to bit hassle to be controlled but, its our personal preference only

The hotel is quite clean and near lots of amenities. It’s right next to a big shopping centre which is convenient. But the front of the hotel is a bit noisy.

The front of the hotel is facing a side road and it was quite busy with lots of motorcycle traffic. But there is a convenient store which is just 2 mins walk away. Plus point.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable, I rarely got bad dream when sleep because it was too comfortable and the location was very strategic beside Transstudio mall and easy to find food and also the staff is super friendly

The Bar- Served guests gr8. I loved it to have beer bintang there. The breakfast was superb especially the eggs and chinese counters.

The shower drainage system. Toilet is small and wet all the time because the water from the shower didn't flow well through the drainage system.Hair dryer was not working.
