Amazing place for family traveling with kids. In & outdoor playground and small rabbit farm + horse riding which my little one enjoyed alot Staffs are kind and warm hospitality everywhere from the checkin and while staying. Oh also live band on Sat night was great too

Not much inconvenience for us. But found there is only lift in Tower side? So other sides.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD ) The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. There’s also a free concierge service, so we didn’t have to worry about our luggages

The room wasn’t actually soundproof and I could still hear noises from the outside. It was disappointing, because I chose the hotel for that exact reason, hoping to be able to have a good night rest.

We chose one of the tower rooms, which gave us access to a special area for breakfast and afternoon tea. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were on a very high level in terms of choice and quality. Our room was modern, spotless and close to perfection. The staff is amazing: Kind, gentle and very professional people from check in to check out, and everyone was well informed about everything all the time. These people truly do an amazing job!

The dinner buffet lacked the quality we experienced in the morning and afternoon. Yet, the choice was still big and the quality good.

From the moment we step into the hotel, you're enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, courtesy of the friendly and attentive staff. The exceptional breakfast buffet, featuring a wide range of delicious options, is a fantastic way to start your day.

Love the room, it's a big space and comfy bed, also nice shower, loves the breakfast and the pool it's all good, the staff was so friendly and helpful, would love to come back there again one day

The water of the pool was cold, would love to be warm water, not too cold...since the pool was so nice but can't enjoy much because the water was so cold. Also the way going to the room was a little bit confusing, long hall and easy to get lost..that's all..the rest are good

Always a pleasure staying at sheraton. If you have kids, during weekend they have lots of activities for them. Beds were on the bigger size, so more comfy if you have kids staying in the same room with you. Breakfast spread were so many to choose from.

this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)

Friendly and helpfull staff, quick check-in check-out, very nice sitting area in the lobby, clean and quiet room, lots of space in the parking lot, and there is an EV charger in the parking area.

The seats at the pool were full almost the whole time when we were staying.

The Food specially for breakfast and many kind type of menu, the restaurant staff very helpful specialy Mr. RAMDAN AND Mr Rifai (if not mistaken). The pool always clean and surprise Cake for our Wedding Anniversary from Sheraton

My room.. the toilet is lil bit smell and when i entered the room a lizard fell from the roof

Pretty much almost everything was great. The food, facility, kids activity, friendly staff, clean.

The kids indoor playground/ kids club need upgrading. Toys very little n dated, the playroom was warm the ac needs maintenance.
