The parking is very cumbersome, confusing, The ramp space is just enough for a big SUV to enter or exit and it can't be done in one go. We stayed in 1017, the shower needs to be checked. The mixer is having issues. There is only overhead shower which is too high. Ideally there should be a hand shower. I had booked deluxe room and requested for higher floor non smoking room, however came to know that the deluxe rooms are below the lobby with no view. So I paid 300K IDR extra to shift to higher floor. Booking.Com should include this on their website

Love the warm infinity pool, our kids loved it. The room was a good size. Love the bathtub and the pine trees view. The breakfats was good with lots of variety of Indonesian and western foods. They also provided traditional drinks ‘jamu’. The staffs were very attentive and helpful.

Limited parking space, small kids playground. On our last day the door lock was broken, it takes times to fix the lock so the technician gave us the manual key cause we had to get ready to pack our things and check out.

The guest rooms are too dark. No lighting at the desk to do computer or handwritten work or to read. Very poor lighting in the bathroom, cannot see to shave for men or to apply make-up for women

Excellent breakfast with a lot of food options. The pool was nice and comfortable for young children

Cleanliness can be better. bathroom a bit smelly and the hot water sometimes need to wait for couple moment before showing up. Location a bit far from city center but the scenery was great and better air. Parking area a bit small.

The staff were very helpful , Rooms were clean, good breakfast and a lot of variety . Restaurant was nice and had good menu too.Swimming pool with the beautiful view

At the shower, the water dripped to the floor. We need to prevent it by putting the small towel on the top edge of the bathtub.

Very nice hotel. The view from the 12th floor is great. Room is big, convenient. Facilities are great and you have a wide choice for breakfast.

Everything was great, maybe the breakfast restaurant is very very crowded around 8.30.

Perfect place for being lazy in bandung... Golfcourse nearby.. just a few steps away..

Warm pool! It was so cold up in the mountain but the hotel really did give a good thought about it. The pool model was infinity and overlooking mountain so it was so breathtaking. Also at that much rate, they already gave bathtub in the room, while other hotels are shower so that was a good one esp while travelling with little children.

Breakfast was average. The staff kept calling me asking what time I arrived despite I have been paying full amount for my stay.

The room and the view were amazing. The food was better than most hotels. The staff were friendly.

The location was challenging to get to other places.
