The staff are absolutely wonderful, they will bend over backwards to help you with anything you might want. All the food available on room service is amazing, and very good value in GBP! The filtered water machine is a god send, and the staff will refill it anytime with no charge. The villa is very private and feels safe, but then Bali is generally very safe and everyone is lovely. So nice to have a pool all to yourself.

The facilities are great although its good to know in advance that some areas of the villa don't have aircon, the bathroom and the kitchen are outdoor, which can make some activities a little unpleasant in the heat of the day. The location is fine for getting picked up by tours/drivers, but you can't really walk anywhere on foot in Bali because of the traffic so it feels a bit isolated even though you're in a densely populated suburban area.

Honestly one of the best villa I stayed till now in Bali. They welcomed us with beautiful decoration of villa. There was cakes and drinks for us. I informed them that it is our second marriage anniversary. They decorated very well and arrange amazing floating breakfast as per our requirements. Worth all money. If you in Bali I will suggest must stay if you looking for villa. Swimming pool was big, there was outdoor seating arrangement, swing was there. Everything you need on holiday they had all of them. Great outdoor shower and bath tub as well.

I love that it's an open-concept and that the room is super cosy. The staffs are super pro-active in replying to messagss via WhatsApp and booking.com's chat. Love how they'll call a masseuse for us to get it done in our room but it's abit cramped for 2 people to do on a king-sized bed.

The check in place has stairs without any ramp for guests to bring up our heavy luggage up. The bathtub is deep and quite dirty (probably because it's outdoor). The resting area near the pool that has shade is always wet and dirty since they're outdoor as well. Since everything is outdoors, just need to standby mosquito repellants when you're using the loo or showering.

Everything, this place is perfect. Only a 8min drive with a motorbike to all bars and restaurants in Seminyak/Petintenget. It is even better than the pictures because it is so spacious and open - loved the bathroom area.

There was a construction/renovation happening in the villa next door - I didn’t mind because I was all day out exploring but it would have been nice at least to know that before hand.

Stunning place!!! we absolutely loved it, felt very spoilt with our own swimming pool, such a beautiful place !! Would highly recommend it, all we needed was there! Staff super friendly and responsive too.

The water stopper inside the bath wasn’t working well so water wasn’t staying inside the bath, if you want a bath maybe speak to staff to help fix this issue. Location was sometime hard to find for taxis but we always managed to get picked up and dropped off.

it definitely has lots of great facilitues, pool, sofa bed by kitchen and pool bed.

it’s a little dirty. the bed by the pool has fungal stain. it seems like they dont have the spare and never properly dried the bed. so does the sofa bed by the kitchen. it’s smelly and a little wet after the rain. they don’t provide/check each room’s facilities. i was missing scicors, bottle opener, and some other stuff in the kitchen. i have to clean the kitchen prior using it. they dont clean out the trash cupboard in the kitchen so it stinks.

Vinna Villa Seminyak has a great location, it is in a very silent area being far from main road and it has an very nice swimming pool! The staff available on 24/7 is very supportive and ready to intervene and fix whichever problem the guest can face during the vacation! The breakfast can be chosen on daily basis and it is nice and healthy!

Beautiful villa, very private. Staff were extremely friendly. Floating breakfast was great. Comfortable bed.

There was no day bed in the pool area as per the photos. A little bit further from the city centre, need Gojek to get into town. We also lost electricity and water for a night so we had to book another hotel as we could not stay there.

As soon as I stepped into the villa, the view and vibe I got was magnificent. The room was spacious, pool was beautiful with a hammock, the kitchen and bathroom space was spot on. The staff were very helpful and always catering to our needs and did everything with a bright smile. Would definitely recommend this villa for people who want a relaxing and blissful getaway!!!

We loved our stay at Vinna Villa for our honeymoon. They layout of the villa is lovely with the private pool which was cleaned daily. All the staffs were very friendly and always willing to help us with everything to ensure we had a good stay. Special thanks to Ajis, Merlin and Eka for all the help!

We had few cats visiting the villa daily which was a concern for me with the open kitchen area. It would be great if a pool heater was installed since the pool is too cold to go in at night.
