The villa was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful.

There is no privacy in the bathroom, there was no door and the shower area was visible from outside.

We received a very warm welcome and we were greeted with a 24 hour reception. Everything was explained and we selected what we wanted for breakfast with ease. The facilities were beautiful. The room was so clean and fresh. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The free shuttle was available regularly to escort us to and from venues when requested with willingness and ease. The pool area was private and we felt extremely safe and had a very relaxing break. The wi fi was great and easy to use. The mini bar was always stocked and was reasonably priced. The room service menu was delicious and well priced.

I would have liked the cups to be washed in a dishwasher every day.

The villa was stunning, so simple yet had what you needed. It is perfect for a relaxing honeymoon or romantic getaway as it is located further out from the centre of Seminyak. The staff were all lovely and one phone call away if we needed extra amenities and towels.

It was far from the centre but we didn't mind as we wanted down time for the end of our trip.

From the minute we arrived at Cyrus Villas, the hospitality and level of service was exceptional. They addressed us by names throughout our stay, and the attention to detail in anticipating guests needs were wonderful. The property itself needs no further elaboration, it was simply stunning. We loved that there were many great amenities provided (dyson hairdryer, spotify via a smart home system, as well as the highly raved projector tv on the ceiling) The decor was splendid and rooms were made daily. Breakfast was also punctually sent to the room, and they had a pretty decent selection. Location was easy for our driver and grab bike riders to find, and its on a quiet street tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay at Cyrus Villa!

Some lights in our room were not working well, but the team sent an engineer the next day to rectify the issues quickly.

WOW, we had the most amazing 3 nights. The accommodation was out of this world! The decor and special touches were special and memorable. We would highly recommend for couples wanting something different, special and romantic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, we were looked after by Komang, Renaldi and Suchi...like King and Queens! Thank you for the local shopping recommendations and also thank you to the drivers, the trips in and out of Seminyak in style. 🙂🙏 We will be back

We loved it all!

Very confortable villa, it has everything you will need for a great holiday. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The location is not ideal, quite far from restaurants and the beach. Even though the pool bed was nice to have, it’s not as well maintained, it felt quite old for a 2 years old hotel.

We love the design and felling of the villa, its definitely a great place for instagram, it’s secure (24/7 secure system) and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure there is a joke, really hard to wash off the shampoo by using the shower head. The stereo system is annoying, we experienced a power off during the midnight, while the power back on the stereo automatically connected and the volume of the “it’s connected” is shocking.

The hotel is great, private pool is so pretty and exactly like the photo, room interior is very thoughtful. The staff all so nice and friendly, and response to your queries immediately.

The breakfast wasn’t really good. Also hopefully the hotel can be well maintained and in couple of years time is still look amazing. Can see the shower area needs some deep cleaning.

Stunning! Beautiful staff and a perfect place to stay. Loved the Netflix projected onto the roof, the breakfast and the staff were lovely. Place was very clean.

Location is very excluded, you cannot really walk from there to anywhere, but the villa provide scooter hire and a shuttle car for free so this is perfect!

The room design is stunning, blending modern elegance with comfort. Komang, Suci, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit.
