The staff was incredible and friendly! The pool was clean and looked beautiful. Our room was clean.

The shower was mostly lukewarm.

The hotel was in great location, the staff very professional and friendly. English speakers. They even let us taste the home made vodka (arak) for free. No fridge in the room, however, 2 fridges available at the reception. Clean sheets with free toiletries changed every single day, AC on 24h. Very clean swimming pool. Laundry services nearby, restaurants and the beach. Definitely worth of money, strongly recommend.

I cant say a bad word about it. Everything 'bad" is acceptable as I am not having at home as I had there.

Much older than the photos. Damaged/broken furniture, doors & walls. Stains on furniture & walls. I stayed 17 nights. Updated & unfiltered photos should be a must on booking.com. But, I’d stay again :)

I liked the facilities a lot. The pool was great, open hours were off cause it was open a lot later than stated and earlier. The bathroom was great, with great water pressure. For a twin room, having the facet and mirror outside of the bathroom was a nice touch. And cleaned everyday

The staff were helpful and friendly just amazing! Room was clean and bed was comfy. And the balcony with pool view was just wow! Love the location a bit distant from the hussle and busy streets of seminyak main area but grab bike is cheap. Walk is about half an hour.

Breakfast option would be nice.

The location is very good. Everything essential is basically within a walking distance. The room is clean and well maintained.

It looks like they were understaffed so you have to be patient when you wanted to check in or check out. But the staffs are very polite and helpful

Staff were very friendly. Room cleaning service everyday. And replace water bottles everyday. Cooling system is good. Late checkin at 2 am. Overall very satisfactory.

Bathrooms are clean but the stains on taps makes it look ugly.

Seminyak is a busy area of Bali. It’s close to the airport but not good for a stay of more than 1-2 days. However, this isn’t the property’s fault. it is located in a quiet part of Seminyak but is a bit far from the beach. Good for people who want to explore the market though

I stayed in this hotel for a month and all the staff and I got along well. Friendly and hard working people. The location was okay considering how crowded it gets during the day since it's right next to middle school (i think).

There was a bit of weird noise coming at night in the room i stayed in. I could not pin point where exactly the noise was coming from. Everything else was good.
