My mum and I loved the kindness shown by all staff members, such a comfortable big bed and the room could be blacked out with thick curtains, hospitality was amazing and easy to contact reception when requesting breakfast orders etc. the property was absolutely beautiful, the pool was amazing and the lights just make it feel homely. We loved our week stay here, perfect location and a massive bathroom with stunning finishes around the place. We had SPA treatments in our space the team were great setting up the massage beds and everyone was happy everyday, smiling laughing and just genuine good humans, that made our day everyday we were there.

Everything was great, we felt at home at Aleva, peaceful and beautiful plants around the homes it’s hard to find anything bad this place was perfect.

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Room service food was great. It was a beautiful villa, we had complete privacy and it was very luxurious. Wonderful bathroom, excellent pressure in shower and wonderful bath. Our own private pool was very indulgent and luxurious. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.

This is one of the properties maintained by Ini Vie Hospitality, an established name in the hospitality sector in Bali with multiple locations. It has a lot of modern facilities available and everything is well maintained. The best part of the villa was the pool and the extremely clean water. Even though our villa was right next to the public road, the pool water in itself was extremely clean and elevated our experience quite a lot. All the locations in Seminyak are within a quick 20 minute drive. If you don't have a vehicle of your own like us, you can use Grab which services the locality quite well.

They shut down their kitchen quite early, so getting dinner here after a day of sightseeing is not an option. We ordered food in through Grab then, so wasn't a huge issue.

Everything was very clean. The villa was amazing with private pool that had gorgeous sunbeds. The breakfast was brought to the villa in the morning and it was top quality. You could not hear any outside noises.

Had to have a moto to go around otherwise the walk to the center would be 20-30min but not too bad.

Dont believe it was at 5 star level. Broken sliding doirs and cupboard, cleanliness was not as expected for a 5 star venue where I walked around and wiped down with wipes on powerpoints and cupboards

Great staff very friendly, great location with bottle shop and 7/11 just across the road. Was very spacious and overall very clean. Alexa to turn on and off lights was very handy. We had a cute little cat that came and had breakfast with us everyday and even stayed in our villa with us when it was raining.

You can hear traffic and beeping horns alot as it is on a busy corner. The pool wasn't as clean as expected but still OK.

Hospitality, positive energy, near by 9/10 italian pizza,10/10 korean cuisine restaurant near by, employees were so helpfull and polite.
