Beautiful private pool villas with amazing hotel service. We only had a two night stay after 6 days in a Nusa Dua resort, but I wish we would have stayed longer at Icon instead. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a larger pool which we appreciated. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful and called us the blue metered taxis whenever we needed them. A delicious breakfast to order is delivered direct to your villa. The free bikes were a nice touch and were well maintained. The location is great, it's on a quiet street but a short walk from the main shopping street and about 20 minute walk to Seminyak Square. I will definitely return, this time with no plans so I can relax and enjoy the beauty of the villa.

The bed was not that comfortable, but that won't stop me from returning.

We like everything about the villa, the room, the bathroom, the pool. The service was amazing. The staff are super friendly. The location is good with walking distance from starbucks and beside supermarket. Has shuttle to seminyak square. Rarely find mosquitoes.

The spa is average. Need improvement with music and lighting. Music to be (relaxed) & to have warm & soft lighting

It was a very good place to stay, so much so that we even extended our stay by 5 days. Breakfast is served in the villa in the morning - the choice is large and the portions very generous. If you have booked with breakfast, you also get afternoon tea with snacks and desserts. The villa is well located - within walking distance of the tourist streets. The street is quiet and better maintained than many other streets in Seminyak. There are also restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Every evening a team comes and gives mosquito coils to the entrances (which are Balinese / so more optical than dense) - and sprays mosquito spray and gives a new mosquito protection in the bedroom - this is very effective - as we had no mosquito bites despite the pool and garden. The property is clean and inviting - as are the villas.

The internet is despite described "fast" internet - very slow (maximum 15 kb but mostly 3-10 kb) The lighting is very dim - but this is the case in many Balinese villas. The TV (if you need one) is small and useless since no Smart TV

This place was great, located in a quieter street, there are a couple of small alley ways that lead into the main shopping areas so its easy to walk to shops and food places. The breakfast menu was extensive and everything was well prepared, the afternoon tea was such a great bonus. The staff were kind and responsive, even offering late check out and shower facilities given we had a late flight. Everything is spotlessly clean, the pool was a great size with lots of sun. The mattress was very firm and we had a long stay so the team put a mattress topper on which made a big difference. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it

The Bedroom and Bathroom are separate from the main living space, you have to walk outside to move between the 2 spaces - it's only a couple of steps so not a big deal but it is an unusual design.

- Location is on a quiet street next to the main road. Loved the fact that the villas had very high walls so no way of getting broken in to. - the security guys in front takes note of every license plate coming to the villas so that really gives a sense of security - villa was huge and way more than enoughf for 2 of us. The pool was a good size and just lazing in the sun was one of daily activities - breakfast was very good and filling and so was the afternoon tea. Both were delivered to our villa and strongly recommend you have them. - Staff were all very polite and no issues with them at all. -

Great service from start to finish from very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room and the pool was great to have during the hot days. The stand out is the amazing breakfast included which was not only tasty but large and easily kept us going all day. The nightly mosquito service is very helpful :) While set back from the more touristy areas of Seminyak its walking distance to all you need including great restaurants and other experiences like chocolate and silver making.

The staff were wonderful, always with a smile. Breakfast and afternoon tea service at the villa was fantastic. Daily mosquito/insect repellent service was great too. There was an issue with the shower not draining initially but the staff were quick to respond. Having our own pool was so luxurious!

The location wasn't as close to the main area as I had thought, but that made it for a very quiet stay. Having the dining/lounge area separate to the bedroom/bathroom area was probably the only thing I didn't like about the villa (every time you walked between the two areas, you had to close the door behind you because of mosquitos!).

Quiet street, but closer to everything. Beautifully designed villas. Good room service. Lovely pool. The dedication to keeping it mosquito free is incredible. The pickup service was incredible and driver kindly waited a while for me because immigration was delayed. The front staff were very welcoming. Cute touch with the welcome drinks. Breakfast service right on time when requested.

The air-conditioner made loud sound at night, like there was water splashing everywhere inside the walls. No one came to fix it or even look at it at first and I was told it wont be till morning someone finds time to do it. But after requesting the reception a few times someone did come to look at it. I know mechanical faults are outside of anyone’s control, but the least I expected was a courtesy visit or offer a different villa if possible (or even communicate about not being able to offer a villa due to being fully booked). Or even a fan would do?

Ok, let's go through a few parameters: Hosts - staff is incredibly polite, caring and nice people Facilities - we had everything what we needed. But the dive pool was true gem of the villa Cleaning service - every day. Excellent! Lounge, bedroom and bathroom are clean and tidy! Cleaners provide 4 bottles of water everyday. Pool - absolutely clean refreshing pool with very well circulated water. During the day water temperature grows. I absolutely loved outside bed to relax by the pool with glass of Breakfast - very nice selection of meals for breakfast. You message reception about your choice for the next morning and they bring breakfast to the villa at desired time (7am-10am). Bathroom has toilet, shower, bath, sink. All tidy and nice (love that natural stone tiles) Location - street is parallel to Sunset Rd so it is quiet and clean. About 5 mins walk to big supermarket, cafes, massages.

I actually have nothing to dislike! Well, but if I must to say something - I would add drinking glasses to the room and plates.

This villa was spacious with a big private pool. The breakfast was delivered on time daily and there was a lot to choose from. The location was in walking distance from shops and restaurants. It felt very private and comfortable.

The property was further away from the beach than expected (about a 25-30 minute walk). Beware of renting the pool floatie in the photos. When my son accidentally broke the seam on the floatie and I offered to pay for a replacement, we were charged 900000 rupiah which was extortionate!
