Where do you start If you like an industrial minimal place that is equally cosy then this is it. It probably could do with a little bit of love and a fresh up but that’s not a comment on the team more a message to the owner. I lived there for 2 months, initially 1 then I extended. Why. Super comfy bed, enough space but equally not too big. Great big TV, great aircon, everything working as it should and really quiet, there basically a big cement block.   And then there’s the team. They’re lovely, helpful any drama they jump on it, super flexible and approachable. Big  thanks to Komag, Gede, Mayasa, June, Wulan & Cindy. Legends I tried to stay another month but was to late as they we’re full. Would I return yes. I’m not easily pleased but equally pretty chilled. I’m well travelled so pretty experienced but I still expect the basics done well, they didn’t disappoint. If your after a comfy cosy, berlin styled spot in the center of it then it’s for you.

I recently stayed at Clio Apartment and overall, I had a pleasant experience. Firstly, the room size was impressive. I appreciated the spaciousness, as it allowed me to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The ample space also made it easy to organize my belongings and relax after a long day of activities. Additionally, one of the highlights of my stay was the tranquility of the environment. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was remarkably quiet, which contributed to a restful night's sleep. This aspect was particularly important to me as I value peaceful surroundings for relaxation. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room was highly effective. It maintained a consistently comfortable temperature throughout my stay, allowing me to escape from the outside heat and humidity. The reliable air conditioning system added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my time at the hotel. In conclusion, my experience at Clio Apartment was characterized by a spacious room, peaceful ambiance, and efficient air conditioning. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and relaxing accommodation option.

Shower heater is good but serves to enhance or upgrade.

The Environment, The Interior and The Facilities was the highlight. The room has stove, water heater and good scents. Not too crowded even though the location is near the busiest road in Seminyak.

Sometimes there's a mosquito and bugs/ants, but it's not really a problem. The paint of the bathroom is quite aged, maybe it need to change to lighten the room.

We love our stay with beautiful courtyard , large studio room and very friendly staff. They have scooter rental with good pricing.

The only problem I had was the shower area, Its next to open area of the bedroom and kitchen had to close all curtains from the bedroom to shower Shower area is not that clean with mildew.

Absolutely amazing location, service, and the room was extremely comfortable. The room is cleaned daily and the reception is available on WhatsApp from 8AM - 8PM. Will definitely be back again!

Great value for money! Rooms are very spacious, even more so considering it is in the heart of packed Seminyak, which is another plus. Great contemporary design. It’s just that the high windows in loft 5 in which I stayed on the first day are frosted, because of which there’s no view, and that the AC converters of all rooms are fixed to the outer wall here making some noise. When I asked if another room was available, the staff kindly changed to room 3. It’s perfect. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden and pristine silence.

I loved the cleanliness and quality customer service from the workers! They are always available and friendly with any request. I loved the style of the apartment and easily accessible location.

It is very close to many restaurants and big supermarket. It is spacious and comfortable especially for long periods. The staff are friendly and made their best to make it a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious especially the pancake!

The isolation of walls aren't good. At the beginning I thought someone trying to get inside until I realized it is the tenant in first floor.

Huge spacious room with nice industrial look. Very well insulated between each room as the walls are concrete. Nice central garden area and is in a quiet laneway but not far from facilities. Basic but nice breakfast too.

Shower temperature was super hard to control. Boiling hot then freezing cold.

The bathroom lacks ventilation, the floor was wet until somebody cleaned it. But it wasn’t much of an issue for me because it was airy and spacious overall, including the bathroom
