I arrived late and the hotel kindly waited for me at check-in. For this price, I’ve never experienced such attentive service. The owner gave me tips on where to exchange money, shared local recommendations, and even helped me when I injured my foot by providing medicine. The room was very clean, extra towels were offered, and I didn’t hear any geckos or see mosquitoes. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. One of the cleanest and most welcoming places I’ve stayed in Bali. The owner is not only a good host, but also a genuinely kind person. Highly recommended!

This is not negative thing, don't expect 5 stars new hotel from here. This is old hotel within very good staff , owner and walking distance from many important things.

Great place to stay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the owner (I think) at the front desk was very welcoming. This place is great value for money with great wifi and a nice pool. The rooms came with towels, soap/shampoo and a fridge, all things I didn't expect for the price, also a great location as it is not on a super busy road but still a short walk to shops/restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending to other travellers.

The staff and owner were amazing, so lovely to speak to each day. The location is great - everything you could need is within walking distance including the beach (around 15 minutes) and there is a circle k next door. You can choose your own breakfast from a few different options and it was lovely each morning, freshly made when you are ready for it. It is very peaceful sitting at the pool, we ended up extending our stay by a week. I would definitely come back here in the future.

First of all, this place is huge. Great pool and super cool rooftop kitchen. The thing that really made this place special for me, though, is the owner Hans. Incredibly kind and helpful, and if you stay here you will probably meet his son too, who is also super sweet. Clean, organized, affordable, super cold AC. I have nothing bad to say. Look into staying here if you're exploring the Seminyak area.

Hans was so helpful and welcoming when I sent my luggage ahead of time with my driver, accepted them and kept them safe so I could enjoy more time at the beach - he was quick in replying to my messages too My room was well-furnished, cleaned regularly and had great air con! I had a great time staying here and used the pool as often as I could. It's a wonderful place to stay, with a decent breakfast option, a terrace to catch the peak of daylight with friendly, hospitable staff. I had a wonderful time staying here - I can't fault it.

Like all travellers I wanted it to be cheaper but that's my issue not the accommodation.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It's a short walk from the main street in Seminyak but still quiet. The beaches are also walkable, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby so the location is perfect. The room was massive, with a big, comfortable bed, with air cons meaning it was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean. The pool area was great to chill at too. Hans was amazing, very helpful for anything I needed, from restaurant recomendations to help with extending my visa. I'll be staying again when I return to the area before my flight. Very good value for money

Everything was perfect

Near center. Best location for restos,massage spa, shopping center and beach. Big space for room. The staff and owner was approachable and nice. Clean water at pool.

Bathroom not so clean same with kitchen area. No mirror at the room, some mosquitos outside. No light at the pathway and dim light at the room. Sometimes brown out and the reason is blower. So i cannot blow dry my hair after shower. Just cash only. Card not allowed to pay.

1. Very cool hotel staff! Super friendly, constantly helping and advising (where are the most beautiful places on the island, where are cheaper, where are tastier, etc.) 2. Delicious breakfast (made with love) - highly recommend trying the omelet with bacon and toast, freshly squeezed juices and banana pancake 3. Near the entrance to the hotel there is a good mini market, within a radius of 5 minutes there are about 6 mini markets. two large supermarkets are 10 minutes away 4. Walk to the beach about 15 minutes on a great pavement 5. Sufficiently deep and clean pool 6. Nearby there are many delicious cafes, restaurants (3 Russian cafes and 1 Russian restaurant), many hairdressers and laundries and places for leisure activities. 7. there are many beautiful temples nearby, very beautiful picturesque streets The hotel is great for families with babies or children. There is a kitchenette, there are supermarkets and mini markets nearby, as well as many cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff constantly helped with the child, advised in everything and helped on all issues

I liked everything

The room was really spacious and had a stocked fridge which we found really handy. The pool area was well kept and the hotel itself is in a pretty good area close to everything, so very reasonably priced. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is open to the elements, so if it rains, it rains into the shower area of the bathroom and can be bit noisy and you can hear other guests. Other than that bathroom is clean.

Exceptional stay. The staff are so lovely. I will definitely be coming back. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom clean. The pool was large enough to swim laps and was so pretty. Very good location short walk to heaps of restaurants and spas.
