We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing! They are ready to help you with whatever you need, the breakfast was also great there are many options to choose from. The rooms are very nice and looked after, you get toothpaste, toothbrushes and anything you need. The location is very good. The beach is nearby and you can easily reach it by foot. The main streets are also nearby. There are shops on the other side of the road.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the pools. We had a room with pool access. The pool was only 1.2m deep and it was not big. In the mornings people would let their kids in the pool so it was loud sometimes. If you are visiting without kids these rooms are probably not worth it. But overall we had a great experience!

Great location in Seminyak, not too far from anywhere whilst not being in the heart of it, plenty of great cafes and warungs nearby. Very clean and comfortable room with room service performed everyday. Excellent value for money.

Limited seating available at the pool

It was our honeymoon, we didn't find any bad points. the food was delicious and various kinds existed, we had a very good time and confortable staying. the staff was so friendly and helpful. I got sick for a day and we requested from them honey and lemon and they helped us without any exyra fees and I liked that. the air conditioner was good and our stay and honeympon was simply ad perfect as mentioned. TIP: request a room with a view on the back not on the street 😏

the only thing we saw that in the morning there were some minor construction work but it was not too loud so if you are staying for just relaxing it will not be easy pn you. but anyway we just wanted yhe breakfast and staying the hotel is in a center area where you can go anywhere and do your activities or shopping.

What didn't I like. The hotel is so convenient to everything. Beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. My stay was for 4 weeks. I never tired of staying there. Gym, 3 swimming pools, and a large restaurant area. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

Very large, modern hotel with good bar and restaurant and three swimming pools (if you stay go find the Flying Pool on the 5th Floor). Room was spotless and Bed was very comfy.

All minor points - 1. Room was a little on the small side; 2. My particular room was right at the "wrong" end of the hotel (I had to walk what seemed like "forever" from one end of the hotel to the other to find the ground floor pools); & 3. The hotel seemed to be quite pedantic about 2pm check in time - three of us tried to check in at around 1.45pm but told we had to wait & then right on the stroke of 2pm all 3 of us got our Room keys....

Its a decent accommodation with very good value for money. Its situated closer to the main center (Seminyak Square & beach). If you are the kind where you are on an exploratory path leaving in the morning & returning in the evening / night & need a decent place to rest, this suits you well. We stayed with the family & it aptly served our purpose. They also have 2 times shuttle to the beach & Seminyak square. The breakfast was decent with live counters. Sometimes, the veg options gets challenging & you can request them for veg preparation eg: Veg Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice), which will be prepared fresh. Staff were courteous. They also have their own Pizza place in the same building which was a convenience with the kids. You can walk to the main street, have a great time & walk back if your energy & fitness levels are good. Overall, a good value proposition place.

Better veg options will surely boost the experience to cater to the vegetarian crowd or else you are down to just fruits, vegetables, salad, bread jam & desserts which has been an universal truth in most of the places.

Staff are so friendly and really keen to assist with any queries etc. Good sized bed, decent bedrooms and excellent air conditioning. Gym has some weights and machines -basic but good for quick workout. Buffet breakfast was good but could have a little more variety. Have stayed before and would stay again. Location not bad - near restaurants and shops and not too far from the beach

Kettle in room wouldn't work properly (just kept boiling) , a little humid in the halls and lobby

The room was beautiful and very spacious. As a result of this, the Hotel felt very luxurious. The bed and the pillows were really comfy and the Aircon was excellent. The TV also had plenty of options for viewing in numerous languages. The Hotel had a couple of pools and the flying pool which was an infinity pool was excellent. The restaurant of the hotel also looked excellent, but we didn’t get chance to die in here due to our own time restraints. The staff were also really friendly and excellent and the hotel always has a security guard at the front 24/7. We stayed for two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely nothing at all!

The location is perfect—we walked to the beach, shops, and massages. There is a shuttle to the beach and shopping centres. The in-house Spa is wonderful and well-priced. I have stayed here before and have already re-booked for next year. It's the little things that make a difference. Guest birthdays are acknowledged. Smiles and 'check-ins' to make sure all is good. I feel welcomed and looked after as an individual at Harris Seminyak - its almost like getting a hug as you walk into the foyer!

Location.very good. Near enough to the beach and local shops, restaurants etc. Very helpful staff. Always polite and ready to make suggestions about where to go and give directions. Nice pool on the ground floor. The communal areas are spacious.

The fitness centre could have better equipment - needs modernising but good enough for basic workouts with free weights and mat work.
