The room was well presented with huge spaces. It is as per the photos shown. The staff were professional, friendly and accomodating! Breakfast was perfect and served hot! Pool and whole villa was kept clean during the entire stay by staff. Central location and a short walking distance to the Main Street and beach. Value for money and will definitely stay here for all future stays 🥰

Breakfast was delivered to our room everyday.

There was a horrible sewerage smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, they did try to fix it and did give us a free evening meal. But it didn’t take the smell away. The mothballs they used smelt worse mixed with the smell. I don’t think they should have rented that room out with an underlying problem like that.

Highly recommend this place to stay! - super private, peaceful and relaxing - location was great for being tucked away but a short walk to the beach, shops, markets, restaurants, mall, etc. - helpful staff who had good communication - awesome room design and pool with cabana (great for the rainy season). - lovely, good quality toiletries - we also got the honeymoon package which included flower decorations, in-house massage, romantic candle lit dinner, etc. well worth the money. - excellent room cleaning, with turn down service most nights too. Note: there are no shared amenities - everything is “in-villa” - from breakfasts, massages, dinners etc. this was lovely for us but may not suit others.

As like much of Bali there was a little maintenance required in some parts, but this did not impact our stay. Eg. Rotten bamboo, broken umbrella, cracking wall facade. Loved everything else.

Villas nice and big, Comfortable bed, very good breakfast, good size pool, staff very helpful and friendly, good location close to shops and beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The villas are showing their age and need maintenance, we had problems with the front door lock, water problems, AC leaking water on kitchen floor, front entry light on timer and not turning off. These problems were mentioned to reception and someone was sent to fix them, most were fixed but more maintenance is required.

A very private and convenient location close to all amenities, convenient store and a short walk to local shops and beach. Staff were very courteous and helpful at all times and offered a high level of service. The bed was huge and offered a high level of comfort. The private spa bath with a door leading straight out to a private pool was a nice feature to this villa.

We stayed in room B-1 which was an upgrade. Upon arrival I noticed the outdoor shower wasn't working. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it. Also half the outdoor lighting was off. That was an easy fix after they checked the circuit breaker. In addition there was a faulty floor lamp with damaged insulation and exposed live wires. In general the villa itself was nice but a bit dated and in need of a new coat of paint and some aesthetic touch ups especially in the bedroom where there was some water damage on the ceiling in several areas. Finally there were a couple of questionable electrical wires in the pool submerged in the water with electrical wire over the terminals. Similar electrical wires on wall lighting with exposed wires and electrical tape.

The property was spacious. We booked the royal deluxe villa and it was huge! Villa - the villa had powerful aircon, spacious rooms and all the facilities such as the shower were good to use. The bed was comfy and the black our blinds allowed us to sleep in. The garden and pool area were beautiful. The pool wasn’t too deep and the sun loungers were in the sun whilst the bed area was in the shade allowing us to have the best of both worlds. Food - we had breakfast in the villa everyday which was brought to our villa at the time of our choice. There was a range of options such as avocado and pancakes accompanied with cereals and tea and juice. Each day we had new bottles of water also. Location - Location was fab! It was in the centre but not central enough to hear the traffic. A five/ ten minute walk to the beach and a shop 1 minute away was handy. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff - staff are friendly, kind and try to help you as much as they can. They organised a driver for us to go to uluwatu and this was smooth. I told them in was our honeymoon and when we arrived the bed was decorated, I had a bouquet of flowers and our bath was full of petals. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough. It was beautiful and enjoyable. Thank you so much.

The property was lovely, we had a beautiful private villa with its own pool and the staff keep it clean and look after you very well! You are central and within walking distance to Potato head or the Kuta shopping centre

The property needs a little tlc, the staff keep it really clean but it needs redecorating, the pool needs some work and the tiles in the bathroom are a little cracked

Beautiful and private.So quiet and peaceful but only a five minute walk to the beach and shops. The staff were all amazing!

Room a little on the tired side, needs some painting and a little maintenance, but remembering everyone is still getting back on their feet after covid.

Secure private villas with friendly and polite staff. Great amenities and breakfast. Perfect location. Very peaceful in the villas. No noise from any neighbours. Located on a two-directional quiet street, which makes a big difference in Bali for travel as a lot of roads are one-way only, and this can equate to substantially more travel time when heading out and adventuring during the days depending on your intended direction of travel. We were very pleased with our stay. (Royal Villa)

The only flaw was that our pop-up bath plug in the spa bath wouldn't seal and required replacing to fill and use. We only realised on our last night as we hadn't intended to use it until then. (I'm a plumber from Australia) Otherwise, everything else was exceptional, and there was nothing to complain about.
