Very serene and peaceful location only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets around. The staff are extremely lovely and kind. The pool is lovey and plenty of deck chairs. The bungalow room was lovely also with nice bright bathroom. TV was good with decent movie channels.

It was quite expensive for this type of property. Also, the mosquitos in the room were a real problem. I got eaten alive with mozzie bites on my face. It would be good to have bed nets or some kind of screens on the doors and windows to prevent them from coming inside.

Absolutely beautiful hotel set in stunning tropical gardens, set away from the madness of Seminyak, and with beautiful Balinese style bungalows. A beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers too. A fantastic find, we had a wonderful time

The only disappointment for me was the bathroom in our twin room - it was very aged and definitely needed upgrading. I’m not sure if all the bathrooms are similar or if it was just ours which needed some attention. Unbelievably, the property is only a 3 star, and perhaps that’s due to the bathrooms. Don’t let that put you off though, this place is magical and all the staff are fabulous. Particular shout-out to Maddie from the two Nicky’s!

We stayed in Villa 1& Villa 3. Bali Agung has a great location for exploring Seminyak. it is a short walk to the beach and a road for restaurants and shopping. 25minute walk up Sari Dewi road to head North to Seminyak square and more restaurants and shopping. nice pool to relax and mix with other guests at the end of the day. property put on a great Balanese dinner and show. A must see if you get the opportunity. Villas were spacious with large bathrooms and covered outdoor areas. lots of surfaces to put things on and drying racks for pool towels etc outside. staff were always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet needs innovation and variety. More changing daily if guests are going to stay more than a couple of nights. Suggest changing the cheese and meat variety occasionally. Good egg station and fruit with yoghurt. Bathrooms could do with a deep scrub/clean. Pool bare area is lacklustre, suggest introducing promotions/activity around pool to increase activity in the pool space. eg happy hours etc.

The common areas including the breakfast area, library/reading area and pool/bar were clean and well maintained - made one feel like they could spend easy afternoons relaxing and for the fraction of the cost of a larger, fancier place. The food quality was also quite nice. Room cleanliness and amenities were what I expected and I was happy with my choice to stay there.

The toilet in my room didn't flush properly, but I'm sure this is something they can easily fix. The road leading to this hotel seemed a bit dodgy at night, but I walked there the second night and felt completely safe.

Amazing quaint hotel tucked away very quiet and in the perfect location for Seminyak close to many bars restaurants and the beach , the pool was lovely and perfect for a cool off in the very hot and humid weather I think the value for money was superb 😃 also the courtesy transport from airport to hotel was great fast and friendly a nice added touch.

The air con could of been a little stronger partially noticeable in the night, I think the way the doors are designed they may let a little heat in therefore making the air con not as strong but a very minor detail that didn’t spoil our stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely staff, great little resort. Nothing was too much trouble - made us breakfast boxes for the final day when we had a very early departure. Great location - only a few mins walk to the beach in one direction (make sure to catch the Seminyak sunset) and to the shops in the other. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Stayed in a deluxe villa which had oodles of room. 9 rather than 10 for the fact the shower water wasn’t super hot (but that was absolutely fine anyway given the outside temperature).

Breakfast had a good variety and an egg station which I love. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away and the location was close to shops and a large variety of restaurants. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. It was tucked away down an alley, but it felt very safe as there were always people around. There was a Circle K about a 1 minute walk away, the pool always had lounges available and plenty of sunny and shady spots. There were always fresh pool towels and great service for drinks and food.

Very nice and green Balinese resort style accommodation. Warm welcome by staff with welcome drink. Pool area and common spaces are very green and nicely set-up. Breakfast was good and available for a long period of time. Comfortable bed. I would consider coming back.

Although our stay was nice and comfortable, we did have the feeling something was missing or a bit off. We stayed in one of the villas and we came to the conclusion that it is starting to be a bit tired and dated. The villa was spacious, but had some weird features like a small make-up (?) room which was rather useless and I think a small seating area would be much more appropriate. In the shower there was an outside space, which I thought would be an outdoor shower, but actually had no function. The garden around the villa was not particularly green or lush and I wonder if there used to be some water around the villa. There was also a lack of powepoints. I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. I think some upgrades and renovations would do the place justice.

We stayed in one of the villas. Nice to be able to sit out in private on the front porch. Lovely gardens. Enjoyed the pool too, a perfect temperature. Great staff. A nice little oasis only a 5-10 min walk to the beach.

There is some building work going on next door and also a new fence erected where a block has been sold near the entrance. It’s not noisy though.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Pool was relaxing. Overall a lovely, relaxing place to stay. Location is good.

Pool needs a clean around the edges. A lot of algae growth. Breakfast is basic but Ok. Doors of rooms are cute, but locking system is annoying and having to duck (even when not tall) can cause problems such as my friends cut head.
