I had a studio and my friend had an apartment. Both were very clean, spacious and with good beds. Everything in the rooms worked as expected with no glitches (well, I didn't try the TV, I never do :)). The shared facilities (yard and pool) were cleaned daily. The staff were all very polite and accommodating when you need something. It was very quiet in the evening so I could sleep well. It's literary a 2 minute walk to Seminyak beach and 10 minutes to all the busting life on the main street. Tip: book without breakfast if possible as they overcharge you on that and the choice is limited (although it was yummy). There is a nice cafe 2 minutes from the hotel where you can get good coffee and a croissant and plenty of other places where you can have a heartier breakfast.

Balian is such a nice part of Bali and was a wonderful surprise. A handful of nice little places to eat nearby, although the restaurant in the hotel was great and we ate there most of the time. Really friendly staff and just a nice vibe in the area.

Nothing, was far more enjoyable than we expected. Just be aware this is not a bustling tourist hotspot - which is why we loved it.

I didn't like the fact that there was no long mirror in master room...women love to see head to toe when dressed! And also there was no TV in big sitting room... Can't always watch TV in bed if partner is asleep!! Room 07!!

The staff were super friendly the pool was amazing the location was great rooms big with your own lounge room and the cafe had beautiful food and drinks the gardens a beautiful and well looked after can’t wait to go back🩷

Stayed in the studio apartment. BIG clean room with pool view. Enough equipment to whip up a meal if you choose, but didn’t happen to see any dish detergent. Bed was comfy, but the bedside lamps could be hung a bit higher so you don’t catch your head/arms on the rough fringe. Got an amazing massage in the room and massage beds are actually brought inside. Beach is less than 5 minutes away with mini mart close as well.

A marked spot with hose to wash sand off would be helpful. My main complaint is even though the pool looked nice and refreshing, it didn’t look relaxing with the constant non guest taking the space over for photo taking. This space needs to be for guests of the hotel only. It’s annoying!

Absolutely gorgeous little gem — not only an extremely beautiful property, but the rooms were clean and large — even the single rooms (I stayed in both the double and the single and they are both huge). Slightly older in style, yet unique, they bear a Tuscan marble finish. Comfortable beds. Almost a full kitchen so you can prepare food. Great cafe. Walking distance to beach, bars and shops. Excellent if you want a smaller, more boutique hotel (without kids ruining your zen and pool time). It’s also fairly quiet and no party vibes, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Loved all the staff and my time there!

The only thing is — get ready for all the wannabe influencers and models trying to take all their photoshoots against the gorgeous background!

Stayed in the studio room, which was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and sofa. Big bonus points as well for the tasteful interior, along with the kitchenette, refrigerator, dining table, and safe to keep our belongings. The hotel grounds and pool are also beautiful. Sol's Deli right next door also made for great and easy breakfast. Staff were and accommodating, and would give us helpful tips and reminders on WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The in-room spa service was great and super relaxing, great value for money. The location is great, being very close to Seminyak and Double-Six beach.

My only critique would be the bathroom. While the bathroom itself was clean, the shower head and towels need replacing as they were a bit worn out. Also, the water from the tap was a bit salty, and I know this isn't the hotel's fault as it is likely the municipal water supply, but it's something other guests might find concerning. The water is perfectly fine for showering, though we used bottled water to brush our teeth.

Everything! It’s a beautiful space designed to feel like your home away from home. The rooms are spacious and the studios have a small kitchenette, terrace, large closet/storage space and large bathroom. Very clean. Great restaurant on the main floor. Staff were incredibly kind - I had an issue with a car I had pre-booked to the airport. The night security guard helped me out by speaking to the replacement driver and making sure that he was on his way. This was after the pre-booked driver and three others cancelled. The Spa services were also great.

The property generally is very quiet it’s tucked away from the noisey Seminyak but very close to the beach and restaurants etc. huge rooms good character. Pool is atmospheric to the courtyard but you’re are so close to the beach it’s not so important. The staff are very efficient and friendly, different for me is this a remotely managed property do not have a lot of staff at hand often security staff however they can check you in. Having a very good cafe on site is a bonus.

My room would be the noisiest in the property I like this property enough to return but would be very specific about where the room is in the complex.

It was very clean and the hotel was found in a very quiet space, away from the busy roads. Nice little kitchenette and very spacious. Very clean bathroom. It was also 1 minute walking time to the beach if u have long legs, 2 minutes if u have short legs. We arrived during the raining season but I enjoyed sitting outside the balcony, enjoying the sound of rain. Plus, easy contact with the very friendly hotel staff via WhatsApp, if I had any queries. I like the spontaneous messaging by them as well to check if everything was oke and if I require any assistance. Thank you for that!
