The property has a very good location being only a short walk away from Double Six beach and the surrounding areas. It was always very easy to get transportation right outside the villa, at any time of the day which was great! The staff at the villa was always available and did a very good job with cleaning. The pool was maintained daily as well. They even extended our breakfast timing to as much as 1pm on certain days which was amazing. Breakfast provided was also fresh and excellent and the chefs were very accommodating. The villa also gave us free massage service for some renovation work on the road outside which was very sweet of them as it was a public road and nothing to do with them in particular.

One of our three rooms in the villa had some issues with the air conditioner and even though the villa guys would come and fix it as needed (twice during our 5 night stay), but still we would have preferred if this problem did not exist in the first place. There was also a small issue with no water on one of the mornings which was also rectified eventually by the villa on the same morning. They however did give us some discount overall for these minor issues which was good of them.

We loved our Villa at Bali Asri! We had a 3 bedroom villa, with a good size pool that you could swim in. All the bedrooms had good air conditioning and nets around the beds. The bathroom/showers were outside which I loved! Breakfast was nice, we ordered the night before and it was cooked fresh at the time we wanted. The lounge and dining area was a good size, and I liked the open concept. The housekeeping team came once a day, cleaning the pool, tidying the grounds, keeping the villa clean, plus the staff came at night to put down mosquito burners to keep the bugs away. (Make sure to bring mosquito repellent and antihistamine cream) The location is ok, 5-10 min walk to the beach, and 15-20 min walk to the main shops. This was a great villa and we would recommend for anyone wanting their own private space in Seminyak.

The road to access the villa is a narrow single lane road, it’s busy with lots of motorbikes coming up and down, it’s also quite noisy as the back of our villa was close enough to hear the road noise.

The villa was great, the layout was perfect. The room sizes good, bathrooms lovely and it had what we needed. The pool was brilliant. A really good size for a bit of a swim and having a few in the pool together. Also sunbeds for all. Having breakfast available in the villa was good and the food very nice. We did yoga classes in the villa which was so convenient and the yoga teacher was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every morning they came to our villa and prepared our breakfast. Villa was always cleaned and presented beautifully. I celebrated by 50th birthday and the staff found out and on my birthday came to the villa and sang happy birthday and gave me a cake. It was a wonderful surprise and showed us how beautiful the staff are. Would recommend villa to anyone going to Balli.

Villa was cleaned daily, drinking water supplied, breakfast was cooked for us daily and we had transport included to and from the airport. Great pool and aircon in the bedrooms

Minor, but the pillows weren’t amazing, luckily I always travel with mine and the location was not amazing. The villa is on a narrow road and it was a 5-10 min walk to anywhere, which doesn’t sound very far except when it’s so hot and humid. Easy to get a grab bike or taxi though

The location was central to many popular restaurants in Seminyak and the only a short walk to the beach and La Plancha. There were plenty of supermarkets nearby too.

There was a smell in one of the bathrooms, but that is possibly unavoidable in some parts of Bali. The Villa is close to the water stream leading to the beach, which is dirty & smelly when you walk past it.

It was absolutely perfect in every way. Close to town but not too close - so it was very quiet. The staff were impeccable, nothing at all being too much for them. They even made a cake for my son’s birthday!! Gorgeous, well kept villa.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. This was our first trip to Bali, and we loved our time at this villa.

It was a good 15-minute walk to cafes and restaurants. In the end, we used GRAB, which was very easy to get around and explore

The pool is great and the outdoor open living space is cosy. They came to the villa to cook breakfast and you can have in-villa massage as well.

Hot water finished within 5 minutes. You wont be able to use the hot tub unless you want a cold one. The property is a little dated and need some touch up.
