Everything from the pleasant staff, the pool, accomodation and of course the pool. From some recent reviews of the noise from the construction site next door, there was no loud noise during out stay on the two working days. Maybe they had completed the main works that require piling, etc. We enjoyed our stay at the 2 adjacent units. Breakfast was great.

The only part of the place that requires some touch up is the bathroom and the bathroom wall and floor tiles. Looks a bit old. It wasn't that bad though but would enhance the overall look and image of the 2 bedroom villa units that we stayed. The water pressure is 3/5

We stayed at this beautiful and clean villa in Bali and had really good time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, but still close enough to great cafes and restaurants. The staff were amazing. so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made us feel at home. The villa itself was cozy, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We had such a great experience and would 100% come back again!

Location was excellent, 7 minutes walk to Semenyak beach. Staff were very attentive, the property was comfortable with large rooms and simple set up. Breakfast was good but only a few options (typical of Bali) after 3 days we would have had to eat out.

Breakfast options limited. Construction next door was loud in the early morning as the windows to the villa do not seal well which exacerbated the noise level.

This accommodation was (unexpectedly) excellent. The villa was vary spacious, with large rooms, and clean. We were offered several options for breakfast; the portions were large and they included fruits. Tasty :) We didn't book a villa with pool, but the staff was very nice and they gave us access to a pool. It is a bit far from the streets were the nightlife takes place (but you can easily take a cab/scooter. or walk for about 20 min). If you're into that stuff. We weren't and we were happy it is within walking range from the beach. We benefited of some discount, but even without it I think this place is a very good deal!

This is the second time our family has stayed at this Villa, and as usual the staff were fantastic. The Villa itself is large and has all amenity a family require, huge bedrooms and ensuites, full kitchen with full sized fridge and a water dispenser.The pool is big and always clean, surrounded by a lovely garden with outdoor sofas and even a hammock. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Seminyak Beach, and a short walk to shops and eateries. Overall a very good place to spend a couple of weeks with family.

Normally, it is quiet and tranquil once you are in the Villa. However, there was construction across the laneway which was noisy from 8-5 daily. Once construction is finalised....not sure when...then tranquility will return. Staff are fully aware of this inconvenience, and provided us with additional benefits to compensate. The floor tiling in the common area and bathrooms is very slippery when wet, so particularly worrying with if you have kids. Just make sure they are told not to run on the tiles when they get out of the pool!

Loved Loved Loved this villa! The hosts were so accommodating, answering any of my WhatsApp’s within 5 minutes. Loved having a private pool for the kids, we was also there for Silence Day so we was able to make all our own food in the kitchen. Super clean and they came in every day to clean and light the mosquito repellent and turn down our beds. We had some food grab deliveries a couple of times due to the heavy rain, easy for grab to find the villa. The beds were super comfy and the rooms nice and cold with the air con. Location is fantastic just off the main road with lots of bars and restaurants, also 5 mins walk from the beach. Also the street the villa is on is nice and quiet (which is rare in Bali). Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen to use some bigger mugs (I’m English and love a big cup of tea in the morning) also a bigger saucepan was required so we could make pasta, but they bought us one when asked.

The staff were amazing. So kind to our kids. Always helpful with questions. I celebrated my birthday at the villa and they brought me flowers and a cake. They organised a lift to the airport when we departed. The Villa was always clean and staff always say hello as we pass them at reception or in the street. Breakfast was delicious and we had a bit of western breakfast as well as Indonesian breakfast. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The property was exactly like the photos show. Plenty of space and private. Comfortable bed and kitchen inventory was as described. The pool is a nice size and lovely to cool down on a hot day. The garden looks lovely and well maintained. The area is quiet and far away enough from busy street noises. Beach at walking distance and restaurants with beach views Chez Gado Gado and La Plancha were our favourites. The staff at Gracia Bali Villas made our stay special. They are so friendly and helpful. It is different from staying in a hotel where you don’t see the same staff every day. At Gracia Bali Villas you have the same people looking after everything and they go the extra mile for sure. Definitely can recommend the breakfast service as well. Thank you Gracia Bali Villa team, you are amazing!

Nothing we didn’t like. The only improvement could be an additional ceiling fan in the kitchen area.

The location was great. Lovely and quiet at the villa but just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach Breakfast was outstanding! The hosts were fabulous! The villa was clean and tidy with a welcome drink and fruit bowl on arrival. The pool was refreshing and lovely and clean. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels whenever needed. Fabulous gelato shop at the end of the road and very good massage and spa treatment places close by. The villa was just what we needed and we were very happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Nothing to fault, we didn’t want to leave…

All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. I had bali belly during my stay, the staff were very caring and made me ginger tea to help. They also helped me arrange doctor. They helped me arrange taxi while I left. There is nothing more to improve from service. The villa is designed with a beautiful garden & pool and in a golden location.

I can see the sign of mould in some area on the wall. The villa should do treatment more frequently and thoroughly.
