Good location good size clean rooms

I have marked this hotel down because of the non stop music playing loudly around the pool area all day. I understand that some people enjoy music but the hotel should also understand that some guests don’t need it all day. People come on holiday for some peace and quiet. Other people I spoke to at the hotel felt the same way. Seminyak is a great place but I would not stay at the hotel again for the above reason. There are many other options.

I stayed for 9days.5 of those days were working remote. Internet was very good but I was still using hot spot. Food in the resort was great and not expensive I feel. Everything was So comfortable, people were so attentive and caring, facilities were great. Gym has what you need to create a good workout. It's not super fancy, but we were able to work with what we had. Pool was never overcrowded. It is close to shops but it's not noisy at all. Air conditioning works great. Plenty of drinkable water in the hotel and everything was really clean

Friendly staff. Great location. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed. Pool area is nice and relaxing.

-Bathroom towels are old and thin, should be replaced. -More gym equipment should be added to the hotel, not much on offer. -Hotel needs to regulate vaping from hotel guests. It’s out of control. Many people vaping in common areas, around the reception and lobby, the pool area etc with no regard for other people. Needs to be banned.

The resort was perfectly located, close to shops, markets and beach. The staff were very friendly and did everything to ensure it was an enjoyable and memorable stay. The food & beverage bonus was nice too. The adjoining rooms were great for the family and the room was very clean, great size and very comfortable.

Wow. Tbh I wasn't sure reading the reviews and everyone one being 10/10. Surely it couldn't be that good. Well it was. The room was awesome, the staff so friendly. Shout out to Mika in the breakfast section, she really showed an interest in me and my Son. She deserves a pay rise! She went above and beyond for us for the whole 12 nights we stayed. Location great, pool amazing., buffet breakfast awesome. We will definitely be back.

The only thing I would say is the toilet door bangs loud if you don't catch it. We had our son sleeping so that's my only issue. But tbh it's nothing really.

Friendliness: The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided a warm welcome and so very helpful. From our reception check-in with Priscillia to your restaurant staff who included Sebastian, Maria, Wuhan, Bunga. Our room cleaning team of Rama and Joudis who took care of our room. Every single person we came into contact with were exceptionally amazing. Helpfulness: The receptionists & all staff were very helpful and answered all our questions and served us efficiently. Efficiency: Late-night check-in was handled well by the waiting staff, and the 24-hour smiling room service was a great perk. Food: The restaurant's food was tasty, freshly made, and offered a good variety of options. Facilities: We appreciated being able to relax at the spa and the beautiful amazing pool area. Location: The hotel's convenient location was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach, massage parlors, bars, clubs and shopping areas.

This resort was FANTASTIC. We loved every minute we were there, the staff are so friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast is terrific and so delish, it was so nice to see indonesian food with western options. The room we had was great, so clean and the beds were super comfy. It was a bit noisey at times however we were the room next to the elevator, it did not trouble us enough to complain. We got a free upgrade on arrival which ideally worked out better for my friend and I to have our own beds, and we were able to have a later check-out. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the courtyard by Marriott thoroughly! Staff would always answer the phone by referring to our last name, a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 young children traveling with us and the staff regularly assisted with what we needed, which was so helpful. The breakfast was next level! A soft serve machine, fresh fruits, those doughnuts!!, eggs any way you like and an assortment of just about anything you could imagine. It was devine! They even had a crepe artist who would bring her creations to the children each day. A bunny rabbit, kitten and other animals all crated from crepes! The pool area was well equipped for young children and was shallow enough for our 3 year old. Kids club was so nicely laid out with friendly staff. One of the staff even made my daughter a bracelet the day we left. Room service was also delicious and such quick service. I cannot fault them at all! The breakfasts at Courtyard are better than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed. It’s always a highlight for us. So many options to choose from for everyone. Their on site restaurant option is also amazing! Our arrival day we always have lunch here. Our rooms are made up daily and efficiently. The use of the free shuttle is so helpful. Simple pleasures such as the kids being able to grab some popcorn in the afternoon when they want a snack. So many food options and shopping nearby not to mention spas. Fabulous location and hotel.

Having the ability to catch the shuttle back from places would be really good. Things happening over the weekend but not so much during the week. More affordable options for washing your clothing.
