Good location good size clean rooms

I have marked this hotel down because of the non stop music playing loudly around the pool area all day. I understand that some people enjoy music but the hotel should also understand that some guests don’t need it all day. People come on holiday for some peace and quiet. Other people I spoke to at the hotel felt the same way. Seminyak is a great place but I would not stay at the hotel again for the above reason. There are many other options.

I stayed for 9days.5 of those days were working remote. Internet was very good but I was still using hot spot. Food in the resort was great and not expensive I feel. Everything was So comfortable, people were so attentive and caring, facilities were great. Gym has what you need to create a good workout. It's not super fancy, but we were able to work with what we had. Pool was never overcrowded. It is close to shops but it's not noisy at all. Air conditioning works great. Plenty of drinkable water in the hotel and everything was really clean

Friendly staff. Great location. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed. Pool area is nice and relaxing.

-Bathroom towels are old and thin, should be replaced. -More gym equipment should be added to the hotel, not much on offer. -Hotel needs to regulate vaping from hotel guests. It’s out of control. Many people vaping in common areas, around the reception and lobby, the pool area etc with no regard for other people. Needs to be banned.

The resort was perfectly located, close to shops, markets and beach. The staff were very friendly and did everything to ensure it was an enjoyable and memorable stay. The food & beverage bonus was nice too. The adjoining rooms were great for the family and the room was very clean, great size and very comfortable.

Wow. Tbh I wasn't sure reading the reviews and everyone one being 10/10. Surely it couldn't be that good. Well it was. The room was awesome, the staff so friendly. Shout out to Mika in the breakfast section, she really showed an interest in me and my Son. She deserves a pay rise! She went above and beyond for us for the whole 12 nights we stayed. Location great, pool amazing., buffet breakfast awesome. We will definitely be back.

The only thing I would say is the toilet door bangs loud if you don't catch it. We had our son sleeping so that's my only issue. But tbh it's nothing really.

This resort was FANTASTIC. We loved every minute we were there, the staff are so friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast is terrific and so delish, it was so nice to see indonesian food with western options. The room we had was great, so clean and the beds were super comfy. It was a bit noisey at times however we were the room next to the elevator, it did not trouble us enough to complain. We got a free upgrade on arrival which ideally worked out better for my friend and I to have our own beds, and we were able to have a later check-out. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!

This place exceeded our expectations, a short stroll to the beach, the breakfast was 10/10, great coffee too! Staff were beautiful and the rooms, sound proof. Didn’t hear a single thing when inside, absolutely stunning accommodation.

There’s absolutely nothing we didn’t enjoy,

The hotel is nice and clean. It is very western style so you won’t get that traditional Balinese feel. The bathrooms are huge and very nice.

The rooms are a bit small and no space to put your luggage except in the middle of the room with you next to your bed. I have stayed here previously over the years and the hotel is a bit dated and a shell of its previous self. there was ongoing construction work with some areas closed off. Families insist on taking their children to the swim up bar pool (despite there being a children’s pool) and the children insist on diving/bombing into the pool despite the signs. Expect to get dirty pool water in your drinks from children splashing and running around you. The restaurant is closed from 12pm to 1pm every day. The restaurant staff will make fake conversation with you and then ask you to leave them a TripAdvisor review (QR code card handed out), it feels very transactional.

I loved the hospitality from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt like Kings and the staff were incredible, so friendly and kind! I loved the pool bar for the 5 hours of happy hour where cocktails were 2 for 1. The food in the pool bar and via room service was also fantastic and well priced. The rooms were amazing, the TV, the aircon, the house cleaning, all were perfect. Overall, the experience was so positive, tranquil, relaxing and perfect for groups of friends, a young family or on your own. I will be back very soon.

Poolside cocktails outside of happy hour were too much to sit and stay for. No BBQ sauce at breakfast buffet!

Just very basic hotel. Clean and comfortable. Just like a 3- to mostly 4 star hotel.

The security is stupid. Always when entering the hotel you have to be searched and go through a security detector. Never experienced this kind of search in a five star hotel. The gym facilities are old and have to be upgraded. The rooms are small and nothing is exceptional as it should be in a five star hotel. You will never get the sense that you are in five star Mariott hotel. We stayed in many five star Mariott hotels and this does not meet our standards of a five star hotel. The only five star experience is from the staff they are very welcoming and service oriented.
