Staff were very friendly and helpful able to accommodate all requests. We wanted to upgrade rooms halfway through the stay and they were more than happy to assist and arrange this. Rooms cleaned daily if you wanted but the offer was always there. Pool was nice and clean. Good value for money walking distance to the beach and warungs and restaurants further up the street. Very happy with our stay 😊

Needs some maintenance but we have found that all the hotels and villas we have stayed at throughout our month in Bali have also.. No real big issue and probably a common issue post covid

The staff are very helpful, professional and quick to attend to any issues. The hotel is situated in a very nice location with access to various places to eat and a short walk to the main streets, beach and other activities. The pool is well maintained and gets great sun all day.

The photos on site are not up to date with the pool and terrace bars closed and the restaurant on site no longer open. This was misleading and a little disappointing.

The hotel is located close to all the attractions, and the staff was helpful and kind.

It seems that this was an amazing hotel, it hasn't been renovated for ages which is sad, as it has huge potential

There is no direct pool access even on the rooms that say so. They are located in front of the pool but you can't get in to the water from your terrasse like in other places and like it looks on the pictures. More honest depictions on the photos would be nice.

Thank you to the amazing front staff and even the cleaners, so friendly and will come back again. I had a double room and upgraded to another double room with balcony for only a small fee (as I preferred the view and more sunlight in my room). The hotel is situated just around the corner from the busier strip of seminyak and was quieter and had the convenience of cafes, spas, bottle shop,, and tattoo shops along the same road. It's definitely worth its money.

The smallest issue was where the bathroom had a slight unpleasant odour, and lighting was on the dim side (only for when I was applying make-up). Other than that, I can't complain.

2nd time staying here and loved it again. Can never get over the value for money here! Awesome pool and great rooms. Hot shower, cold fridge and air con. Lots of food, spa & shopping options right outside the door. 5 min walk to the beach is just a bonus. Staff are so lovely here and happy to help with anything.

Nothing. Its a great spot and always has amazing deals on pricing. Honestly they could charge 20% more and id still book.

The rooms were really pretty and the bed was comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! The pool was amazing - a bit loud because it‘s right next to the street but still enjoyable! The staff was amazing & helped us with every question & problem we had :) Also the location is just 5 minutes away from the beach by foot. On top, there is an indomaret around the corner & some nice cafés for breakfast near by!

I think it's a little generous to describe themselves as a boutique hotel - although it was very pleasant - for the price. I appreciate that the season hasn't really started yet and I understand that it's not worth their while to have the restaurant open but a greater selection of alcoholic drinks would have been great - or even to open the bar for a few hours. But I was aware that it was closed prior to booking (unlike other hotels when you find out upon arrival) and I'm sure the reasonable rates made up for this. The pool area was lovely, although like the rest of the hotel it was just a little bit run down (but after 2 years of covid I'm hardly surprised) and I'm sure once they have some money coming in they will give it all a spruce-up. The wifi wasn't the fastest I've ever had despite lots of wifi boxes all over the place. The room was fine, and for the price it was big enough with a lovely balcony and fantastic shower. Honestly, one of the best showers I've had in ages. What really sets this hotel apart though is the staff. They were absolutely brilliant - always happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. The manager even remembered my name and greeted me by name every time he saw me. That's first class service. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to all the bars and clubs and shops and there are some great restaurants nearby that are a little bit cheaper than those on the main road (although there were a few nearby that were pretty expensive too). The restaurant over the road was particularly nice and it's a pity they didn't have a delivery service over the road as a kind of 'room service' as I saw plenty of Grabs arriving with food for people too lazy to go out. Overall, a great little hotel for the price.

Wifi could be better and a general spruce-up would be great.

Loved the location, quick walk to beach and main shopping area but also quiet. The room was clean & tidy and the bed was comfy. Awesome pool and there’s a great Yoga studio a couple of doors along. WIFI was fine, like everywhere I expect. The staff were welcoming, friendly. It’s a great wee place. Highly recommend.
