This property is a diamond! There are no facilities currently at this property as it’s about to undergo renovations. There are only 10 villas operating so you have the place to yourself. If you can live without room service, you’ll love this place. All the fittings are quality, the rooms are huge, and each villa has a private pool. The beachside pool is pretty much empty and only used by day - guests at the beachfront bar, which starts at 2pm. The gardens and grounds are beautiful, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. You can stroll along the double 6 beachfront and access all of the restaurants and shops in that location. Very private and quiet stay. It felt very luxurious for the price, not sure we could afford this when renovated. You’ll need Netflix or You tube for the tv as there’s no service.if you want all of the services attached to a big hotel this isn’t for you. If you love quality and seclusion and can hunt out your own food and drinks, enjoy, this is a gem.

The two-bedroom pool villa was spacious, private and very well appointed. The self-contained outdoor area was especially impressive (the large plunge pool and the day bed). The pool area was lovely (and still open and operating, despite the 'renovations' - see more below). The location was good - just a short walk up the street to the shops/village and absolute beachfront (although Seminyak Beach is rather underwhelming - compared to, say, the white sandy beaches of Fiji or Queensland).

Our stay was a little odd. The property was almost entirely deserted. The official version was that large swathes of the resort were being renovated, but there didn't seem to be any building/construction going on. A few of the villas had been rented out - and the pool area was still open and operating, but everything else was closed. We knew this going in (it was part of the reason for the very sharp price we received). But even so, it was rather eerie to be wandering around a completely empty resort - a bit like being in 'The Shining'.

Stunning property with exceptional space placed at our (family of four) disposal, from a villa with separate wings, private pool, room with pool table, brilliant location next to the beach, etc, etc. For the scale of it, wonderful VFM. And although the property as a whole is undergoing significant rennovations, we were harly aware of them, and certainly not disturbed. And really, really helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay excellent, from all-hours support to sourcing a game-changing guide/driver.

Teeny tiny details, like ensuring soap dispensers are filled, that windows are closed to keep bugs out. But really, not much at all!

Fantastic location, great value for money. We were a family of 4, huge villa with private pool. Worth the money even without the services. Due to renovations the hotel restaurant, bar wasn’t operational but, plenty of options next door and on the beach.

We loved everything about the property. Yes, the resort side is still closed. However the villa’s are open, breakfast and lunch is open, the pool is open. The staff were amazing and attentive to every need and request. I was asking for things daily’s that they bought to me promptly. Even small things, such as, I needed a knife and they bought one to me immediately. There was no light in our pool. Within minutes of notifying staff, pool lights were on. It was great sitting by the communal pool. You just wave the staff down and they bring you food and drink menu. Give them a wave with your drink in the air and they promptly bring you another one. The breakfast and lunch staff were incredibly friendly. Nothing was difficult in terms of changes (add on or take aways) to food ordered. Because it’s only the villas, the eating space is intimate, however very open. No big crowds.

I didn’t like that our driver has issues just walking himself down to us. He needed escorting down and/or waiting for reception to confirm with us. I would think this is a security thing and fair however by the end of our trip surely it wasn’t still needed. It is very expensive to have washing done. Much cheaper to either take it to a local laundry yourself or have a local laundry service come pick it up and deliver back. Was about $60 for washing. When I took a much much larger load to a local laundry it cost $7.

Beautiful Balinese villas with private pools in attractive restful surroundings very close to beach and restaurants. We were grateful these were still available as the main hotel undergoes repairs… sad evidence of the damage of the Covid years. Breakfasts were always served with a beautiful selection of tropical fruit, by lovely staff.

The very large and beautiful pool and surrounds are managed by another company and the music starts loudly at 10am and bangs on until late at night.

Location is FANTASTIC, beachfront with a short beachside walk to Legian or Petitenget. Our villa was very spacious and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen, our pool and the guest pools were very clean and well maintained. Like us, the room was showing it's age with some chips, dents and scratches but still very serviceable. With low guest numbers during current renovations the staff were more than keen to provide great service.

No complaints whatsoever.

I travelled recovering from major surgery on crutches & my partner is in a wheelchair. The staff created a ramp on day 1 for us with a special entrance/exit. Buggy service, anything they could do to allow us to overcome our physical challenges & enjoy the holiday. They were extraordinary! Private Pool was amazingly large & the grounds are beautiful. Beach sunset on the resort can be enjoyed without interruption or locals selling while enjoying cool DJ tunes & a bar. Location is fantastic for shopping or beach.
