Lovely hotel. Beach adjacent; there is a narrow service road (for the beach bars) which separates the hotel from the shoreline. Beach is clean with good selection of restaurants which offer live entertainment at dinner. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely pool. Decent selection of food at breakfast.

Toilet cistern kept running but maintenance promptly attempted to fix it... The hotel only provides a one-way shuttle to Kuta at 10am and to Seminyak at 3pm. There are no return shuttles and shuttle is only once per day this service should be more frequent.

I liked that the location is just opposite the beach and close to convenient stores. The atmosphere in the pool was great in the afternoons, the pool was nice.

On first day when I arrived I had some questions for the girls at front desk, maybe silly questions. When I walked away all 3 women had a big giggle and I turned back to look and they were looking back at me. I felt they were laughing at me which I felt was disrespectful. You don't need to understand the language to know when people are taking the piss. Save the internal jokes and remarks when a person is well out of earshot.

The hotel is very clean and big. The pool is amazing and the beach is right in front. There are many bars and restaurants around. The staff is very friendly.

There is no wifi except for the lobby and no reception in the rooms and hallways. Absolutely a nightmare… you have to prepare to be be disconnected or walk around the whole area to find a reception. That was really annoying. Also, the prices in the bar are quite big. Better to have drinks and food outside. Breakfast options were not that great.

Clean and well maintained property. The rooms were great and the swimming pool was crystal clear. Breakfast was of a high standard.

Explicit rap music being boomed at the pool area by the staff.

Good location, beachfront and walking distance to great shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely pool and dining facility.

If you don’t like stairs this place isn’t for you. Three sets of small stairs up from the lobby then two sets of stairs to get down to the ground level to the pool. Then a set of stairs up to the pool. Basic buffet breakfast, nothing spectacular but good price. Happy hour is only 20% off cocktails, no good deals at the bar in the arvo, may aswell cross the road and pop down to the beach.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Pelangi Resort in Bali. The staff are all wonderful, extremely friendly and accommodating to all of your needs. The rooms are very clean. My friends and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a few cocktails 🍸 😎 Wayan has become a good friend of mine over the past 10 years. Right on the waterfront, it's vibing down there of a night time. Laundromat across the road and your washing can be done in a day. K Circle store for anything that you might need. Highly recommended by myself and my friends 😃😎🍸❤️

I would have liked abit more of a variety for breakfast. That's my only issue that I had. Perhaps, more tomatoes, mushrooms. The egg bar was excellent 👌

OUTSTANDING The restaurant food & room service was exceptional. Compliments to the Chief. Andy from housekeeping for our room was always helpful, greeting us every morning with a " Good Morning " and asking us if we needed anything in the room and when & if we required our room cleaned. Andy made us feel very comfortable at Pelangi. We were also given a very big surprise on my partners Birthday on the 12th of May by the front desk staff who intently noted the date of birth on his passport while checking into Pelangi Resort.We were totally amazed and surprised by a beautifully presented birthday cake in our room after dinner with a birthday letter from staff & management. That was the most thoughtful and exceptional gesture from Pelangi Resort /Hotel Management. Thankyou I would definitely highly recommend and stay at Pelangi Resort / Hotel

Maybe just a more variety of non-alcoholic drinks, frozen frapp'es poolside.

It was central to beach

The hotel was located directly across from Seminyak beach. All of the lounge chairs and beach chairs and surfing facilities were right at the hotel beach entrance. The pool is big and the outdoor area is really nice with loungers. I loved that the pool area was often filled with guests, creating a nice holiday feel. Swim-up bar helps 😀. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Beware of the bali/American-style toilet's not our favourite thing 😅. So grateful we were able to get interconnected rooms. Within 5 minutes walk, you have multiple restaurants and shop areas. We felt safe walking early in the mornings around the streets before shops opened. Gym was a little dated and forgotten, but hey, we're on holiday! We will return.

You can get caught with some beach sellers, but it's far better than Kuta. Paying for beach loungers was a bummer but of course! It's all part of it.

A lovely L-shaped pool with crystal clear waters. The pool indicates the depths with a little S-shaped wall for the shallow end. A pool bar is also available. Breakfast was great - with many options: fruit & yogurt, various eggs and local foods - delicious fried noodles, breads and croissants and sweet treats. The location is excellent—right on the glorious Seminyak beach, with lovely long walks in either direction. The beach was mostly very clean and litter-free. However, in the last two days, there had been a surge of currents, tides, and winds, and a lot of rubbish washed up. People were cleaning it up. Taxis also readily available and the staff offers to order a safe taxi for their guests. The room was quiet and had a lot of space. We loved the creative treats of animals made up with the extra towels. Water and toiletries are replaced every day.

A small observation here: there was no cheese for breakfast to go with the croissant or toast. The manicure at the Spa: the colour came off four days later. I did go back and asked them to remove it completely.
