Excellent hotel, booked only a few days previously, very warm welcome on arrival and upgraded to a sea view suite. the room was impressive, huge bath and shower all very well appointed. Huge comfortable bed, lighting very good and comfortable seating on the balcony. I was very impressed with everything. Having stayed at various 5* hotels around Seminyak eg The Legian and Seminyak Beach resort. This hotel was a huge improvement, all up to date rooms and excellent facilities, restaurants, bars ect. The pool area is very relaxed, Breakfast was included and was also excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely return to the Double Six on my next visit, it was amazing. All the staff are very helpful and friendly don't look any further.

Nothing everything was top class

The restaurant for breakfasts every morning was superb. The setting overlooking the beach, the invigorating sea breezes, the fresh and plentiful array of foods, the friendly, professional and accommodating staff and the manager who made a point to speak with all guests personally during their stay. The staff asked about food intolerances on our first morning and were then knowledgeable and proactive in advising of any potential problems in the selections I was considering, and offered alternatives and individually prepared items. The friendly staff throughout.

Layout of the room was problematic. The entry door leads down a hallway and straight into the bathroom, which must be used to get to the rest of the apartment. The shower and toilet both had see-through glass doors. Hence whilst one friend was using the bathroom, the other friend was trapped either in the apartment or out of it. The pool had no sun shade at all, making it unbearable throughout the day. This was a great disappointment, as the pool near the beach was one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel. The smell of the beach was horrendous in some parts. This may be due to a waste pipe into the ocean running alongside the property.

the hotel was amazing with the ocean view. very spacious & clean room . the bed was very comfortable. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. the location is very nice and very close to everywhere . so many restaurants are closed to the hotel. the pool was very nice and relaxing. the breakfast was very good and has so many variety of food. the view from the restaurant was amazing. we had enjoyed every second in our stay. thank you for making our stay memorable 🥰

Breakfast at the Sunset Roof Bar was spectacular and the staff were very helpful because I have severe allergies to gluten and dairy. Room was amazing = we received a free upgrade to an Ocean View room as it was my birthday Your hotel really spoiled me because it was my birthday and we got the most amazing table for breakfast every day with great views and the hotel sent me flowers and a beautiful little birthday cake which was very kind and generous. Also, the hotel offers a fantastic service of free pressing/steaming of 2 items of clothing a day and they also dried our wet bathers for us every day free They have fantastic restaurants in the hotel such as the Plantation Grill which completely blew us away, it is exceptional and Suzie Q is an amazing vibe and the food is great!

every night we could not sleep until 11pm=12 midnight because the live music on the beach/singers were performing very late as we felt very sleep deprived - the singing was awful as well..... if you want to sleep before midnight, an ocean view room is not for you because of the noise.

it’s really the only beachfront hotel in Seminyak. The room and bathroom were huge and ocean front facing. Buffet breakfast and staff were amazing. Plantation Restaurant was very good! Housekeeping was very good. Bedding was very good. it was our honeymoon and the hotel had a floral arrangement and sweet/dessert plate in our room upon arrival - that was a very nice special touch!

The rooms are in need of a refresh; a bit tired looking and bathroom tiles need replacing. Shower floor tiles were extremely slippery when wet - had to be really careful not to slip. Pool also needs a refresh with new tile/grout. Our room was a floor below the rooftop restaurant and was a bit noisy at times late in the evening and early morning with furniture moving for cleaning (we’re assuming). But not terrible. Walls between rooms could use some soundproofing as neighbors could be heard moving about.

Fantastic location right across from the beach. Restaurants and facilities were great as well as the pool. Easy walk along the beach to Seminyak Square etc. Daily breakfast was awesome with great views from the restaurant on the top floor. The owners lounge that you can use while waiting for your flight after checkout was a pleasant surprise. Room was spacious and very comfortable, plenty of complimentary bottled water daily.

Can be slightly noisy with the beach bars across the road but the rooms are quite soundproof and the music normally finishes around 10pm ( and if you can’t beat them join them 😁).

The property was located centrally in Seminyak Bali. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very accommodating. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There’s probably only one thing that I did not like about the property and that was the room that we had was situated where there was a nightclub right next Door. As you can imagine the nightclub did not close down very early and there was music playing until all hours of the night. A very minor thing but the hotel was outstanding nonetheless.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. Felt like a VIP with every interaction. Breakfast was amazing with heaps of options, buffet + a la carte so there is something for everyone. Our room was spacious and clean. Upon checkout there is a lounge to use which is awesome for flights back to Australia that typically depart late in the evening. Location is great, only downside to location is that Cocoon is next to some rooms so you have loud music until about 11pm. We absolutely loved our stay and would go back any time.

Just Cocoon playing loud music until 11pm. For us it wasn’t too big of an issue but I can imagine if staying with young children or older relatives it might be. They have a gym which is okay, if you are a fitness buff just be aware it’s mainly dumbbells (2-20kg) with a smith machine + lat pull down so will need to tailor your workouts to suit that.

We have been coming to Bali for over 40 years and stayed at many different resorts and Double Six Seminyak exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered the hotel we were welcomed with a big smile and nothing was too much trouble. Our welcome drink was amazing and our room was incredible. We do prefer a beach view but our room was so amazing it didnt matter. We even had a plunge pool. Breakfast was the best in Bali and we could even choose from the Ala Carte or the buffet or both all included in the price. I love that they look after their inhouse guests by offering discounts on the cocktails and high tea. We can highly recommend this hotel.

There was very little that we didn't like the only thing was when we ordered breakfast from the Ala Carte we didn't receive our meals at the same time- my husband's breakfast would arrive and then it would take another 15 minutes before my breakfast arrived so he had finished his by the time I even started mine.
