location is excellent short walk to the beach and resturants . the room and facilities are very good bed was comfy tv had movie channels .pool areas are good .gardens are beautiful 'breakfast was very adequate an egg station fruits and breads. a well maintained older style hotel excellent value for the money

i liked it all nothing bad to say . its a great hotel i love the older style hotels and we should keep them going i applaude the staff and owners the more people stay the more they can put back into the hotels improvements its a great place to stay

two pools basic breakfast dozens of restaurants nearby small walk to the beach great ac balcony: terrace nice big bed totally comfortable in a garden surround unpretentious people go there to relax mostly chatty australians nice people - cant wait to go again

facilities are limited but no one seems to care because it is so relaxing! dont expect fancy and youll enjoy

I have stayed here a few times now. Older Bali style hotel with Comfy rooms, and staff are very helpful. I love the location It's close to the beach/ good coffee shops and food and shopping. Great place to enjoy the quiet after the busy streets. This is my go to hotel. Breakfast is simple but yum. Fruit juice/ fruit/ toast/ egg station and tea / coffee, great start to the day. I will stay again on my next trip to Bali. I usually stay about 3 nights before and after traveling to other islands.

Excellent value for money. The gardens are gorgeous and very well maintained, the two swimming pools are lovely, breakfast was very good, plenty sufficient with the egg station , mia goreng, or nasi goreng, fresh fruits, tea coffee and toast , o and delicious fried bananas. Our room was tired but it was comfortable and very large. We liked being able to get some air flow through with a big window that we were able to open. Location is excellent. Beach a close 5 minutes walk out the door , right down a gangway or left down roads. Great cafes, restaurants , shops, bars, mini marts, and anything you want nearby. We hired a scooter from over the road. We were very happy and will definitely return.

The grounds are beautiful, quiet location and so close to beach and great shops and restaurants

Didn’t dislike the property, just our hot water took a very long time to come out hot..no big deal, just I’m not keen on wasting water.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was beautifully presented.

There are no rails to hold on to going up steps to reception or rails near entry to hotel area. I have knee issues and it would have helped with stability. Also getting in and out of the pool was a little difficult due to the same reasoning.

There was one patron who was allowed to play his music way too loud, none of the staff did anything about it.

The room is comfortable and very spacious. While the hotel is becoming a little dated, it is great value for money. The staff are great, the breakfast is really good and the location is perfect for us. The pool is beautiful and the gardens are very well maintained and pretty. The breakfast room is very nice - good choices but no cereal so we bring our own. There is an egg station so any kind of eggs are offered.

We had a room on 4th floor and there is no lift so make sure you can manage stairs. No issue for us and the staff did carry our luggage up on arrival and down on departure. We had some rain which made the stairs very slippery!

Great value property, we enjoyed our time here and will stay again . Lovely staff and good breakfast available . Nice pools and beautiful gardens .

Beautiful room, bathroom a little old but spotless. Huge terrace. Lots of storage in room. Breakfast superb and great range on offer. Grounds of hotel just superb, better than anywhere else we have stayed. Manicured and a joy to see...hats off to the gardener. Reception staff just wonderful and super helpful having lost my phone. Pools great, Location of hotel perfect being so close to everything. Beach super close too. Have booked again for next year......Thank you everyone at Hotel Grand Kumala....
