The owner met me right as I arrived. Very close to the beach, stores and cafes, but still tucked a bit away on a quiet street. Room was pre-cooled for arrival with AC (perhaps a bit to much even).

Water in the shower wasn't as warm as I'd prefer.

We’ve been travelling for 5 months and stayed in so many lovely accommodations, this is the best place we’ve stayed in by far! Beautiful little apartment, super close to the busy street, restaurants and shops, but still very peaceful and quiet. Only like a 5 minute walk to the beach too. The flat itself was beautiful, clean, super comfy and had everything we needed. The staff and service are unmatched! Beds were made every time we came back after leaving for the day, and genuinely the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff were so lovely and made us feel really welcome. Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back in the future!

I have stayed at Niramaya many times, it always comes up to my expectations. Lovely obliging staff ready to help if needs be. Plus for me the use of a push bike! If you like a peaceful environment this is definitely the place to stay.

This time I had a bad fall in the shower and hit my head hard on the tiled floor. The shower head was spraying erratically and there was no rail to catch hold of when I slipped. It might be a good idea to have some kind of bar to hold if you need to move around for the direction of the water.

Close to the beach and main shops & restaurants. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly. The rooms are of older type and clean and roomy for family. Price is great and love the area. The rooms are a little dark because older style but ok.

Just the bed mattress was uncomfortable for us because its middle leg was broken and also the mattress was well worn with dips and bumps from overuse. Bed was clean just needed updating. We were on top right

Our place is large enough and we feel at home which is most important Staff is very welcoming and it has a family feel here and safe Location is awesome too and quiet for a good night sleep

pool has a hard edge going from shallow to deep, my boy got bitten by mosquitoes as there are agressive mosquitoes around the area. Cleaning is done daily which is super, I just need to do myself some areas as they do not differentitate the mob between outside and inside areas

Management & Staff went above and beyond for us on more than one occassion. Very friendly Amazing location, down a quiet laneway but close to shopping strip and 10 min walk to beach Quiet and peaceful accommodation

Wished there was a ceiling fan in the living area of the two bedroom apartment Some of the furniture had stains The mattresses were a little old but not too bad Overall, and especially considering the price, this was a fantastic place and would definitely stay again

The location was excellent, just a brief 5-minute walk from the main street with restaurants, pubs, and retail shops, yet the villa itself nestled in serene tranquility. The pool is small but clean and well-kept. Additionally, the beach was conveniently within a 10-minute walk from the villa.

The only thing is, there was no aircon or fan in the living room, so we had to leave the aircon's on in both the rooms to cool the living space. Since we were out the whole day, only came back in the evenings, it was not a huge issue.

Niramaya is in the perfect location, quiet area close to bars, restaurants, shops. The villa was cleaned everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, wifi excellent, shower was great. Would book again.

The staff here are amazing. On our first night our room wasn’t ready because the toilet broke soon before our arrival. The situation was dealt with amazingly and we were put up in Kusuma Resort a nearby accommodation which was just as lovely as Niramaya. When we eventually moved to Niramaya after a few nights it was a lovely place to stay.

Very near and convenient for everything. Minimarts everywhere. Bike rental agent just few steps away from the Villa.

Huge Gecko on the balcony. Need some refurbishment here and there as it looks a bit old.
