Beatiful villa with private pool. Kids loved the pool and large glass doors to watch them when your indoors. Very clean and Great breakfast prepared by really lovely staff. Aircon in every room.

Although the entire complex has come a little of age and a few renovations here and there would make the complex even more appealing, we greatly enjoyed our time, and the super-friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed for 13 nights, and therefore, a few more breakfast choices (other than eggs😉) would have made our stay even more pleasant.

Villa was very spacious and clean. Quiet though close to the main street. Layout was fantastic for our family. Breakfast everyday was lovely. Staff were very friendly and on site security was fantastic. Option for no pool was good for our 3 year old.

Could do with a little bit of touching up. Few downlights out. Leaky bidet handle in master bath. Bath jacuzzi function out of order indefinitely. Laundry service while we appreciate the convenience was very pricey. Same staff member attempted to overcharge for late checkout on 2 separate occasions despite the cost being already paid and recorded upon check-in.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was also spotless, with everything looking well-maintained and inviting. The staff really made a difference—everyone was so friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or offer helpful recommendations. The location of the property was excellent, and having a supermarket so close by was a huge convenience.

The pool was quite cold since it didn’t have heating, and unfortunately, it didn’t receive much sun throughout the day, making it uncomfortable to swim in. Additionally, the pool was quite deep, which made it less suitable for younger children or those who aren't confident swimmers.

We stayed in the largest villa and it was incredibly spacious. There were 3 private spaces which was great for the dynamic of our group. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to a supermarket, restaurants and a cafe.

There are areas that could use restoration and maintenance but nothing that hindered our stay. It is down a very narrow alley which made transportation for large groups a bit tricky but all of our drivers were able to manage it.

The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice inclusion and again the staff who came in every day were great.

Breakfast - some other options might have been nice ie: cereal as well as a cooked brekky. The villa was beautiful in decor and cleanliness but needs a little bit of work as some things were a bit worn out, lights needed fixing, electrical work of power points need to be looked at, the pool could do with a good scrub to remove the green algie, bathrooms need to be redone to remove the old, tired moldy look.

Incredible property, huge in size, extremely clean, great beds. We were with a baby and the place was quite well designed for accommodating the baby, not many traps. The cot looked very comfy too.

Breakfast cooked in your villa was great, but the breakfast choices were disappointing, not enough variety (essentially you choose from 4 meals, which is very boring day after day). Narrow street that you have to cross to the main road, which was quite dangerous to walk with a stroller.

Every. Single. Thing. Nothing was lacking, absolutely amazing villas, all rooms are huge. Staff are the most helpful people. Food and drinks, all delicious. Pool is stunning, spacious, nice and deep. Location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended "The Goat Central" which is an easy walk with great atmosphere, food and drinks. If you get the chance to stay here you will not regret it!

Leaving was the only undesirable part of our stay at Sienna Villas.

The Villa was very comfortable for 6 adults. The pool was a great temperature and the staff couldn't do enough for you. On my birthday they made me a birthday pancake. It's a 3 minute walk to a little shopping area with great Vietnamese food, a wonderful cafe and the Bintang supermarket. It's very easy to catch a Grab from there to.

Maybe a handrail would be good on the stairs.

The location was fantastic. The size of the villa was perfect for our family. The staff were super friendly and we got breakfast each day which was a great treat. The pool was lovely. Great value. Even though it was close to everything (even the Bintang supermarket) the property was very quiet.

There was nothing wrong with the property
