Spacious, clean with excellent facilities.Kitchen is well equipped. The pool is good and clean.Room service was done every day. They even gave us breakfast a day prior when we were leaving at 6.00am the next day for Nusa penida and the airport. The staff was very helpful. Location is excellent. Safe locality to walk at night. Lots of shops nearby.Double six beach is just 10 mins away.

Lots of mosquitoes, so please carry repellants. Mosquitos are there in Bali everywhere but if u use the repllants generously ,there is no problem. As we were already carrying mosquito coils for night, our stay was pleasant.

Loved the staff! Always so ready and willing to help. You can tell they really took pride in their work. Rooms were always super clean. Mini bar always stocked. They also respected guest privacy. Aircon also works really well.

The property does need some maintenance/ repairs. However, everything is fully functional and does a great job for a very affordable stay and comfortable stay.

Villa are nice, the bed is comfortable, the beach is 15 minutes walking

There were stains everywhere on the mattress on the outside bed in the pool. Lights were flickering all the time. The lock of the main door was really weak.

Day bed, privacy, pool and size of rooms were great.

Great pad/villa to stay in! It very centrally located in Seminyak yet tucked away nicely in a calm a quiet area.

Some small amount of maintenance required. Also the linen,etc can definitely be changed to newer versions.

Excellent place to stay with family for holidaying in Bali. The villa was large with 2 large sized beds, an excellent private and semi outdoor shower area including a bathtub and nice outdoor area with a small pool. Good choice of breakfast and very friendly staff made our stay super comfortable. Great location with lots of nice restaurants and street shopping options close by

Great location just off the main street, lovely reception staff, everything cleaned each day and pool in between the two rooms was wonderful. Kids had a great time swimming and playing. Great breakfast each morning!

There wasn't a restaurant, but there was a place just up the road and we were very close to one of the main streets.

We paid AUD 295 for 4 nights and had a private pool. So we think it is really good value. Our private pool was perfect, and we had a good outdoor dining area. The air-conditioned bedroom was large, and the bathroom was also large. The outdoor sitting area had a ceiling fan, and it was very pleasant sitting there. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is good. Only a small walk to shops, bars and restaurants and only a short drive to Seminyak beach.

The villa is a little run down i.e. the cupboard doors are warping and peeling. But for the price we paid, we were very happy with this pool villa.

Staff were all beautiful. Service was great. Villa was so cute and nice. Great location but set back from the street so not too noisy - except for the roosters! Bedrooms were big.

Wifi dropped in and out but staff were attentive in trying to fix it. Shower pressure wasn’t great, quite weak. Main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable but staff replaced it as soon as I mentioned it.

The staff were polite, pleasant, helpful and definitely the highlight of the stay. The villa was also well equipped with everything you could possibly need

Property could do with a lot of upgrading / maintainence work as the property shows clear signs of age and use. Toilets were poorly ventilated. Overall a pity as the property has huge potential to do better
